★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivi lá,pois tava c meu carro c as rodas travando aí levei neles , chegando lá eles avaliaram o carro e disseram q era pra eu trocar os reparos das duas pinsa de freio q seria 180 reais cada uma e mais ? reais da mão de obra aí eu fui no rei do hidrovacul eles avaliaram meu carro e disseram que era o hidrovacul aí eu perguntei se iria ficar bom e quanto iria ficar,e eles ageitou o carro e mim cobrou apenas 150 reais sem precisar mexer nos reparos da pinsa, resumindo eles iriam mim cobrar este valor n ia resolver meu problema e aí eu iria ter q gastar mais ainda
I was there, because my car and the wheels were braking, so I took them, getting there they evaluated the car and said that I was supposed to exchange the repairs on the two brake pins that would be 180 reais each and more mais reais for the labor then I went to the hydrovacul king, they evaluated my car and said it was the hydrovacul, so I asked if it would be good and how much it would stay, and they repaired the car and I charged only 150 reais without having to mess with the repairs of the pina, summarizing them would I charge this amount wouldn’t solve my problem and then I would have to spend even more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Cheguei 07:50 e fiquei esperando atendimento para freios até 09:00 e não fui atendido, porque a equipe de freios tinha ido para uma festa e ainda não tinha chegado ninguém para trabalhar!!!

Bad experience. I arrived at 7:50 am and was waiting for assistance for brakes until 9:00 am and I was not assisted, because the brake team had gone to a party and nobody had arrived to work yet!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido a primeira vez para concertar um problema no freio e um mês depois apareceu um novo problema no mesmo mecanismo e tive que desembolsar outro valor. Inclusive fiz outro serviço, paguei por uma peça nova e eles restauraram apenas a peça existente. Achei isso um absurdo e falta de respeito com o cliente. Me senti extremamente lesado!
I was assisted the first time to fix a problem in the brake and a month later a new problem appeared in the same mechanism and I had to pay another amount. I even did another job, paid for a new part and they just restored the existing part. I found this absurd and lack of respect for the customer. I felt extremely aggrieved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os mecânicos são excelentes, fizeram o serviço super rápido - esperava que eu fosse ter que deixar o carro aqui, mas trocaram minhas pastilhas na hora e em 20 minutos eu já estava saindo com tudo pronto. O problema é na parte administrativa - você chega e tem que esperar a pessoa vir te receber pois não fica ninguém na adm, você termina e vai pagar e tem que esperar novamente até aparecer alguém. Os mecânicos chamaram a pessoa responsável pelo financeiro varias vezes, ela é quem não vinha mesmo. Precisam ter atenção em relação a isso.
The mechanics are excellent, they did the job super quick - I was hoping I would have to leave the car here, but they changed my pads on the spot and in 20 minutes I was leaving with everything ready. The problem is in the administrative part - you arrive and have to wait for the person to come and receive you because there is no one left in the adm, you finish and pay and have to wait again until someone shows up. The mechanics called the person responsible for finance several times, she was the one who didn't come. You need to be careful about this.
