★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama, agendei entrega no meu apartamento que ainda não me mudei, para um mês depois, no dia da entrega (01/10) eu me desloquei para o apartamento para receber a cama, em cima da hora marcada eu entrei em contato com a empresa e eles disseram que o caminhão da entrega tinha quebrado, remarcamos para o dia seguinte de manhã (02/10) mais uma vez me desloquei gastando combustível e tempo para o apartamento e nem entregaram e nem deram satisfação alguma.... Liguei mais de 10 vezes para o telefone da vendedora Alexsandra e para o telefone fixo da loja e ninguém atendeu nenhuma ligação minha.
I bought a bed, scheduled delivery to my apartment that I have not moved, for a month later, on the day of delivery (10/01) I moved to the apartment to receive the bed, at the scheduled time I got in touch with the company and they said that the delivery truck had broken down, we rescheduled for the next day in the morning (10/02) once again I went to the apartment, wasting fuel and time, and neither delivered nor gave any satisfaction.... I called more than 10 times to the phone of the saleswoman Alexsandra and the landline of the store and no one answered any of my calls.

No commitment to the delivery date, I went to the scheduled residence and waited for nothing, they don't answer any contact phone and don't give any satisfaction regarding the delivery procedure.
