Minha experiência com o booking.com foi absolutamente decepcionante. Estive viajando por 2 meses na India, e em algumas situaçoes me senti verdadeiramente em risco, ao contatar o booking ñao tive nenhum auxilio, satisfação, apoio - e nem as msgs que enviei aparecem mais no app. O que fez entender que independente do que aconteça nas propriedades, o booking.com vai continuar vendendo seu serviço; vai defender os direitos das propriedades e não os deveres; sobre nos clientes, vai enfatizar os deveres, mas não asegurar nossos direitos. Não estou falando sobre avaliar se um lugar é limpo ou sujo, ou coisas desse tipo, na qual o rewien funciona bem, falo sobre coisas mais serias que podem nos colocar em risco. Em todos os casos, as propriedade cancelaram no booking minha estadia não me dando direito de contar a verdade. Apesar de outro problemas menores, vou relatar os dois mais serios, e que realmente precisa de apoio/intervançao do booking.com - o no minimo satisfaçao. Caso 1 - em varanasi, num hotel tive varios problemas, tinha uma reserva para alguns dias (seperadas, pois tinham valores diferentes)... Ja no primeiro momento quiseram cobrar a mais, cancelaram minha primeira reserva, me sentia observado pelos funcionarios de forma suspeita e as vezes ameaçadora, e um dia a porta do meu quarto estava aberta... No primeiro dia passei a reportar ao booking, e tambem pedindo orientaçao para minha saida, porem sem pagar multas, pois me sentia em risco, alem do hotel a todo momento quebrar com seus deveres. Primeiro dia teria cafe incluido, nao teve. Primeiro dia fiquei trancado no hotel, entre outeas ocorrencias menores. O booking nao respondeu nada a respeito do meu pedido de socorro, apenas que eu teria que pagar a multa do hotel, pois essa era a politica - a resposta foi tao assustadora quando estar naquele lugar. Num momento de troca de funcionario, falei que tinha falado com o dono (que eu aguardava contato para saber sobre o porque pagar mais), paguei o valor correspondente ao dia (nao do booking), com muita rapidez e sai correndo... Nao obtive nenhum contato mais do booking, e apesar de me hospedar em outro lugar, temia encontrar algum funcionario e me cobrarem as multas. Caso 2 - fiz reserva num hotel em palani, fiz com antecedencia por se tratar de uma data onde muitas pessoas visitam... 1 dias antes uma pessoa do couchsurfing (plataforma de compartilhamento de hospedagem) ofereceu hospedagem, mas neguei, pois segundo a politica de cancelamento do hotel eu pagaria o valor total da hospedagem ao cancelar - e um valor alto devido ao evento desse periodo.... Chegando o dia, viajando para Palani, mandei mensagem para o hotel, dando uma estimativa de horario de chegada, e tambem para estabelecer uma comunicação direta. Chegando na cidade fui assaltado, e ao chegar no hotel o proprietario falou (como se fosse normal isso tudo) que não tinha mais quartos, apenas um com valor absurdamente alto - comecei a discutir sobre minha reserva, mas ignorou. Sai a procura de hoteis, todos lotados, tentei ver a possibilidade de onibus para biajar a noite toda para outra cidade, mas ja não haviam.. Voltei para hotel preocupado, e sem escolhas ia reservar o quarto (que possivelmente era a minha reserva real), chegando ele falou que não havia mais. Desesperado, pedi que ele resolvesse aquela situação, e ele riu e riu e riu, falava em lingua nativa e outros riam. Eu esta distante de qualquer outra cidade, sem lugar pra hospedagem e tendo sido assaltado algumas horas antes. Ele me ofereceu um pano para dormir no chão do hotel, junto as funcionarios, perto da entrada, onde haviam muita mais pessoas dormindo - eu sem alternativa fiquei ate o amanhacer, sem dormir e com muito medo. Reserva cancelada em seguida para eu nao poder avaliar, sobre booking nenhuma satisfação. Talvez o booking.com mude algo em seu funcionamento quando algo de pior acontecer, enquando algo poderia ser feito.

In a moment of changing the employee, I said that I had talked to the owner (that I was waiting for contact to find out why I paid more), I paid the amount corresponding to the day (not the booking), very quickly and ran away ... No I got no more contact from the booking, and although I was staying somewhere else, I was afraid to find an employee and charge me the fines. Case 2 - I made a reservation at a hotel in Palani, I did it in advance because it is a date that many people visit ... 1 day before a couchsurfing person (hosting sharing platform) offered accommodation, but I denied it, as according to the policy hotel cancellation policy I would pay the full amount of the accommodation when I cancel - and a high fee due to the event of that period .... Arriving the day, traveling to Palani, I sent a message to the hotel, giving an estimated time of arrival, and also to establish direct communication. Arriving in the city I was robbed, and when arriving at the hotel the owner said (as if this were all normal) that he had no more rooms, just one with absurdly high value - I started arguing about my reservation, but ignored it. I left to look for hotels, all of them full, I tried to see the possibility of buses to go all night to another city, but there were no more. I went back to the hotel worried, and without choices I was going to book the room (which was possibly my real reservation) ), when he arrived he said there was no more. Desperate, I asked him to resolve that situation, and he laughed and laughed and laughed, spoke in the native language and others laughed. I am far from any other city, with no place to stay and having been mugged a few hours before. He offered me a cloth to sleep on the floor of the hotel, next to the employees, near the entrance, where there were many more people sleeping - I had no alternative until dawn, sleepless and very afraid. Reservation canceled afterwards so I can not evaluate, about booking no satisfaction. Perhaps booking.com will change something in its operation when something worse happens, while something could be done.
