★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom mas o que lasca é a propaganda enganosa ,afirmando que o livro chega em 15 dias mas que nada vou fazer um mês esperando esses livros chegar e nada ,já desisti de um e a mentira vai chegar dia tal ,dia tal e nada , acabei desistinido. Melhorem

Bad service, they don't respond, they're rude, it seems like you're asking for things for free. I hated everything, zero variety, exorbitant prices and terrible service. God forbid I need that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na hora de vender é excelente. Mas, na hora da entrega nem te atendem. Prometem entregar num determinado horário e não cumprem e quando tento contato, só tem numero de celular que não atende nem responde WhatsApp.
Customer service when selling is excellent. But at the time of delivery they don't even answer you. They promise to deliver at a certain time and they don't comply and when I try to contact, there's only a cell phone number that doesn't answer or respond to WhatsApp.

Comprei uns livros há exatos dez dias úteis e hoje sexta feira a “responsável” do momento informou que só segunda feira vai passar a relação do que falta para a editora!
Prometem e não cumprem com o prometido. Só dei uma estrela para poder demonstrar minha insatisfação com esta livraria, descaso com o cliente e o descumprimento do prometido.
On sale super fast and efficient!
But to meet the deadline, ours suck.
I bought some books exactly ten working days ago and today Friday the “responsible” of the moment informed that only Monday will pass the list of what is missing to the publisher!
Promise and fail to deliver. I only gave one star to be able to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with this bookstore, negligence with the customer and failure to fulfill the promise.
