★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por telefone, o atendimento foi péssimo. A pessoa nem se preocupou em saber exatamente o que eu estava querendo. Já colocou obstáculos. Afastou possibilidade de cliente. Quis encomendar um livro, e, porque o livro não estava na loja, fui logo ouvindo: tem de vir, pagar e pegar depois. Até entendo o esquema da loja para evitar despesas desnecessárias, mas a forma de falar afasta o cliente. Quem está ligando antes quer evitar de ter de voltar duas vezes na mesma loja. Poderíamos ter pensado em uma solução conjunta. Mas poderíamos. Desisti.
 By phone, the service was terrible. The person did not even bother to know exactly what I wanted. Already put obstacles. Turned away customer possibility. I wanted to order a book, and because the book was not in the store, I soon heard: it has to come, pay and pick up later. I even understand the layout of the store to avoid unnecessary expenses, but the way of talking drives the customer away. Whoever is calling before wants to avoid having to go back twice in the same store. We could have thought of a joint solution. But we could. I gave up.

Terrible! I felt injured. I took 10 books in good condition and they offered me 20 reais ???! The titles and books for exchange are limited for exchange nor are they in good condition. Customer service needs to improve a lot too. Do not recommend and would not return on the spot

Fiz orçamento de 1300 reais de livros pelo site estante virtual. entrei em contato diretamente por telefone para tentar negociar o valor, e informar que eu não precisaria de frete pois buscaria os livros. Mas o atendimento foi tão ruim. Que a pessoa que me atendeu nem quis questionar quais livros eu tinha interesse, apenas mandou eu fechar pelo site. É lógico que depois dessa eu prefiro pagar frete e comprar de outro lugar que lidar com esse tipo de pessoa.
Terrible. Terrible attendance. I budgeted 1300 reais for books through the virtual bookshelf site. I contacted directly by phone to try to negotiate the amount, and inform that I would not need shipping because I would pick up the books. But the service was so bad. That the person who attended me didn't even want to question which books I was interested in, just told me to close the site. It is logical that after this I prefer to pay freight and buy from another place that deal with this type of person.
