 We are vegetarians and the dish tastes amazing. I only found it to take a while between ordering and being served (38 minutes).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente legal, boa localização, preço ok, bom atendimento. Infelizmente o filé que pedi (ao ponto) estava meio seco (mais para bem passado, e como não há nenhum molho ficou seco). Aceita BeBlue. Se for de carro há algumas vagas; se tiver que parar na rua felizmente há um segurança próprio, então provavelmente não terá que lidar com "flanelinhas".
Nice atmosphere, good location, ok price, good service. Unfortunately the filet I ordered (to the point) was a little dry (more well done, and as there is no sauce it got dry). Accepts BeBlue. If you go by car there are some vacancies; if you have to stop on the street fortunately there's a security guard of your own, then you probably won't have to deal with "flannel"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borago Santa Ursula Ribeirão Preto - parabéns, horrível. Conseguiram estragar o medalhão de filé mignon. Pedi um risoto, um medalhão mal passado e um suco de frutas vermelhas. A comida chegou fria. O medalhão cru e o suco horrível. Pedi para passar mais a carne, porém voltou crua. Sem contar a antipatia das 2 atendentes.
Borago Santa Ursula Ribeirão Preto - congratulations, horrible. They managed to ruin the filet mignon medallion. I ordered a risotto, a rare medallion and a red fruit juice. The food arrived cold. The raw medallion and the horrible juice. I asked for more meat, but it came back raw. Not to mention the dislike of the 2 attendants.

Não fomos atendidos pelo estabelecimento com a alegação de que o horário para a ativação do app Duo Gourmet era 21h (app de ofertas que o estabelecimento aderiu discricionariamente), embora o app limite até o horário de fechamento do estabelecimento (que era 22h). Conseguimos ativar nosso cupom, mas minutos depois a atendente trouxe novos empecilhos a nosso pedido, como a necessidade de solicitar via delivery. Estávamos na cidade de passagem e hospedados em hotel, o que claramente inviabilizava tal prática. Resultado: perdemos tempo de deslocamento até o local, ficamos impossibilitados de usufruir do Duo em outro estabelecimento e não fizemos nossa refeição. Não recomendo esse restaurante, pois, sinceramente pareceu-nos má vontade dos responsáveis pelo atendimento (atendente + supervisora/gerente).
Our experience was extremely unpleasant. We were not answered by the establishment with the claim that the time for activating the Duo Gourmet app was 21:00h (offers app that the establishment adhered to at its discretion), although the app limits until the establishment's closing time (which was 22:00h). We managed to activate our coupon, but minutes later the attendant brought new obstacles to our request, such as the need to order via delivery. We were in the city passing through and staying in a hotel, which clearly made this practice unfeasible. Result: we lost travel time to the place, we were unable to enjoy the Duo in another establishment and we didn't have our meal. I do not recommend this restaurant, because, honestly, it seemed to us to be unwilling by those responsible for the service (attendant + supervisor/manager).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice salad bar. Has design you own options, and a good range of juices as well.
Edit: I was a bit disappointed on my second visit as we waited an hour for some relatively simple dishes. It seemed that takeaway orders were being prioritised over dine in customers; I will think again before returning.
