★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um vestido no dia do Black Friday e a vendedora garantiu que ele não encolhia, no outro dia retornei a loja e levei o vestido que virou uma blusa, a loja pegou o vestido não me deu nem um documento que pegou a mercadoria e ficou de resolver , passaram se 4 dias e nada de retornaram, precisei ir na loja e mesmo assim ficaram de resolver e até agora nada.
Recebi uma msg do celular pessoal da vendedora dizendo que iria depositar o valor na minha conta, como já passaram se 3 dias liguei novamente para loja para saber o que houve. Ninguém sabe de nada ou seja, não existe comunicação na loja, não existe Feed back, não existe pois venda. Achei uma falta de respeito com cliente.

Nobody knows anything, that is, there is no communication in the store, there is no Feed back, there is no sale. I found a lack of respect for the customer.
