Até então tudo certo, o dono nos prometeu que ficaria super lindo, tudo de acordo com o projeto. Mas foi só promessa. A começar pelos spots tortos, pendentes que nunca chegaram, arandelas sem instalação e para fechar o cômodo mais aguardado por nós, que seria o teto estrelado do quarto do nosso filho.
O teto ficou ridículo, com estrelas só na parte do meio, instalação horrível, fita de led sem instalar, ou seja, o prometido ficou só na promessa. Varios contatos foram feito com o Ulisses (dono) e no máximo que conseguimos foi o estorno dos pendentes, que por sinal tive que correr atrás de outros em outra loja e fazer a instalação por conta própria.
Em relação ao teto estrelado, que mesmo nos ofereceu 3 lâmpadas com efeito de estrela para disfarçar o horrível trabalho executado pela sua equipe. E agora fico com esse quarto inacabado, com um serviço mal feito e me sentindo frustrado. Isso sem contar com a ironia do dono, perguntando o que eu queria, se era dinheiro, ou que ele arrancasse tudo e mandasse pintar tudo! Ah por favor!!! Eu queria que ele me entregasse aquilo que ele mesmo prometeu. Mas ficou por isso mesmo e por isso eu não indico essa loja. Insatisfeito com o serviço!
I hired the lighting service of this store. We take the project done by an architect.
So far so good, the owner promised us it would look super beautiful, all according to the project. But it was just a promise. Starting with the crooked spots, pendants that never arrived, sconces without installation and to close the most awaited room for us, which would be the starry ceiling of our son's room.
The ceiling was ridiculous, with stars only in the middle, horrible installation, led strip without installing, ie the promised was only in the promise. Several contacts were made with Ulysses (owner) and the most we could was the reversal of the pendants, which incidentally had to run after others in another store and do the installation on their own.
Regarding the starry ceiling, which even offered us 3 star effect lamps to disguise the horrible work performed by his team. And now I have this unfinished room, with poor service and feeling frustrated. Not to mention the irony of the owner, asking what I wanted, if it was money, or that he would pull everything out and have everything painted! Ah please !!! I wanted him to give me what he promised himself. But that's why and that's why I don't recommend this store. Dissatisfied with the service!
