Encomendei uma mesa industrial com banco e uma prateleira grande de 1,20m com mão francesa. Paguei também pela instalação. A mesa e banco vieram e de fato são lindos. A prateleira veio sem os suportes, fui informado de que instalariam na semana seguinte, mas depois de muitas tentativas de contatos e semanas, nada foi resolvido. Informei que faria a instalação com terceiros e compraria outros suportes, fiz assim, e pedi reembolso somente do valor da instalação. Não tive retorno até o momento. É uma pena ter que avaliar mal, mas estou no prejuízo e na conversa infelizmente não resolveu. Aguardo contato para resolução do problema e subir a nota um pouco pois os produtos são bons, mas o serviço deixou muito a desejar.
I'm giving it a low score because the service was not performed as agreed and I have not had a refund. I ordered an industrial table with a bench and a 1.20m large shelf with a French hand. I also paid for the installation. The table and bench came and is indeed beautiful. The shelf came without the brackets, I was told they would install it the following week, but after many attempts at contacts and weeks, nothing was resolved. I informed that I would do the installation with third parties and buy other supports, I did so, and asked for a refund only for the installation cost. I have not had any feedback so far. It's a shame to have to misjudge, but I'm at a loss and unfortunately the conversation didn't resolve it. I await contact to solve the problem and raise the grade a little because the products are good, but the service left a lot to be desired.
