★ ★ ★ ★ ★ descaso total aos clientes.. nao sei como a empresa cresceu, se o vendedor faz descaso ao clientes para comprar uma correia 1hora aguardando e ainda tive que pedir para chamar -lo pq estava com pressa,m isso que ele foi ver o preco e simplesmente esquece de vc la fora... se o responsável da empresa nao verificar os atendimento e as atitudes.. nao vai mto para frente nao.... se esta procurando atendimento NAO va nessa empresa ... te atendem como se estivesse fazendo favor... PÉSSIMOS. perdi mais de 1 hora para comprar 1 correia.. perguntei se tinham 2 ele falou que ia ver nao sabia.. imagina nem pensar nao ia perder o dia.. mas VC responsável da empresa estao perdendo vendas e clientes... pqnos funcionários que atendem assim qdo a empresa quebrar elea vai sair dai rindo e brincando como estavam fazendo e vao achar outro emprego e so os proprietários que se ferram... PENSAM NISSO... nao dar atencao ao cliente hoje que esta tentando comprar amanha é tarde para isso.
total neglect to customers .. I don't know how the company grew, if the seller neglects customers to buy a 1 hour belt waiting and I still had to ask to call him because he was in a hurry, but he went to see the price and simply forget about you out there ... if the person in charge of the company does not check the attendance and attitudes .. it will not go much further .... if you are looking for attendance DO NOT go to that company ... they serve you as if you were doing them a favor ... TERRIBLE. I lost more than 1 hour to buy 1 belt .. I asked if they had 2 he said he was going to see he didn’t know… imagine or think he wouldn’t miss the day .. but VC responsible for the company are losing sales and customers ... so they answer when the company breaks and they will leave there laughing and joking like they were doing and they will find another job and only the owners who work ... THINK ABOUT IT ... do not pay attention to the customer today who is trying to buy tomorrow it is too late to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deus me livre de conhecer esse lugar fiquei quinze minutos na espera do telefone e nao fui atendido cada cliente tem que ser tratado como se ele fosse o único , eu teria ficado satisfeito por exemplo se ... desculpe tivemos um pico na demanda todas os nossos vendedores estão ocupados mas agora retornamos sua ligação em que podemos lhe ser útil . Fica a dica uma vez que agora estão preocupados com as postagens sinceras dos possíveis clientes.
God forbid knowing this place I was waiting for fifteen minutes on the phone and I was not answered each customer has to be treated as if he were the only one, I would have been satisfied for example if ... sorry we had a peak in demand all our salespeople are busy but now we return your call where we can be of assistance. It is a tip since they are now concerned with the sincere posts of possible customers.
