Segundo: Saída do veículo é quase que 99% acima do horário da saída ou ele encosta na plataforma faltando poucos minutos para sair.
Terceiro: Os funcionários acreditam que estão fazendo um favor a vc por usar os serviços da empresas, eles são arrogantes, não te dizem qual o horário e para onde vai, em SJCampos é pior ainda.
Quarto: Os assentos para idosos no veículo e RIDÍCULO, são dois. Os atendentes tratam os idosos de uma forma que eles jamais ficarão velhos. A educação e o respeito não existe, não sei se é política da empresa, falta de treinamento ou MALDADE mesmo.
Quinto: Não tem um bom senso, às xs um passageiro desce em Guarulhos, UM passageiro.
Eu, se tivesse outra empresa jamais viajaria pela Pássaro Marrom.

Third: Employees believe they are doing you a favor by using company services, they are arrogant, they do not tell you when and where to go, in SJCampos is even worse.
Fourth: The seats for seniors in the vehicle and RIDICULO, are two. Caregivers treat the elderly in a way that they will never get old. Education and respect do not exist, I do not know if it is company policy, lack of training or even EVIL.
Fifth: There is no common sense, as a passenger gets off at Guarulhos, A passenger.
Me, if I had another company I would never travel for Brown Bird.
