★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, nada profissional, não índico a ninguém, estava com parafuso no pneu que por sinal seria um serviço rápido tendo em vista que o parafuso estava visível, não quis me atender alegou que estava fechado com as portas abertas, e só faria o serviço se fosse no dinheiro pois a maquininha cobraria taxa. Porém como eu estava só com cartão no débito, negou o atendimento deixando o cliente na mão.
O artigo 39, inciso II do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, determina que é vedado ao fornecedor de produtos ou serviços, recusar atendimento às demandas dos consumidores. Ou seja, isso obriga o fornecedor a atender as demandas ofertadas.
Profissionalismo nota zero.
Terrible, unprofessional, not suitable for anyone, I had a screw in the tire which by the way would be a quick service given that the screw was visible, he did not want to assist me, he claimed that it was closed with the doors open, and would only do the service if was the money because the machine would charge a fee. However, as I only had a debit card, he denied the service, leaving the customer in his hand.
Article 39, item II of the Consumer Protection Code, determines that the supplier of products or services is prohibited from refusing to meet consumer demands. That is, this forces the supplier to meet the demands offered.
