â â â â â Hoje pela manhĂŁ fui a estĂĄ borracharia por indicação de alguns amigos e por saber que estĂĄ oficina jĂĄ existe a alguns anos, enfim acreditei ter um bom serviço.
Eu estava ouvindo a pouco menos de uma semana um barulho estranho nas rodas dianteira, então decidi passar nesta borracharia para ter um diagnóstico do problema. Passei ao que acredito ser o dono da borracharia o feedback sobre o que estava acontecendo e o mesmo diagnóstico que era o rolamento do cubo da roda dianteira do lado direito, ok. Dois funcionårios executaram o serviço mas antes mesmo de executar eu disse cuidado pois este jogo de rodas custou 1.900,00 reias e uma vez um mecùnico do Marcel rodas foi fazer um serviço e riscou ! E os mesmo fizeram a troca pois eu paguei por elas e não e justo eu levar um produto riscado. Enfim tirou a tampinha da roda mas não riscou, mas após terem montado a roda no lugar o mesmo foi executar o alinhamento que segundo eles é digital e a ferramenta que eles utilizam para fixar na roda parece um T onde ela causou 3 riscos na roda, ele viu riscando e continua tentando fixar, após isso sem sucesso e vendo jå o defeito causado decidiu pegar algo para proteger.
Questionei o dono como ficaria aqueles riscos pois Apesar de a roda se nova ela tem um Ășnico detalhe e eu jĂĄ tenho a 11 meses elas intacta, o menso me julgou e culpou dizendo que quem riscou era eu, e que nĂŁo foi eles quem riscou eu disse trĂȘs vezes nĂŁo foi eu. E disse eu vim por indicação paguei 205 reias pelo serviço e eles me culparam por eu ter riscado a roda. Pedi o reembolso pelo alinhamento pois o mesmo apĂłs a troca do rolamento se recusou fazer e queria me devolver o dinheiro !
Enfim se vocĂȘ causa um problema e vocĂȘ Ă© dono de uma loja ou lida com clientes vocĂȘ tem que buscar solucionar e nĂŁo piorar a situação o dono ainda me culpou alegando eu ter riscado a roda, mas as rodas sĂŁo novas era nĂtido que eles riscaram ! NĂŁo recomendo um local em que eles ainda nos culpam e depois tentam subornar para nĂŁo fazer nenhuma reclamação do mesmo !

Sim eu sou um cara muito detalhista e trabalho com pessoas e até mesmo matérias de outras pessoas e tomo o måximo cuidado quando o assunto se trata a itens de cliente ! Não importa o tamanho do dano causado !
This morning I went to this tire repair shop for the recommendation of some friends and knowing that this workshop has been around for a few years, I finally believed I had a good service.
I had been hearing a strange noise in the front wheels for less than a week, so I decided to stop by this tire shop to have a diagnosis of the problem. I passed on to what I believe to be the owner of the tire store the feedback on what was happening and the same diagnosis that was the front wheel hub bearing on the right side, ok. Two employees performed the service but even before I did it I was careful because this set of wheels cost 1,900.00 reais and once a mechanic from Marcel Rodas went to do a job and scratched it! And they made the exchange because I paid for them and it is not fair that I take a scratched product. Anyway, I removed the wheel cap but didnât scratch it, but after having assembled the wheel in place, it was to perform the alignment that according to them is digital and the tool they use to fix the wheel looks like a T where it caused 3 scratches on the wheel, he saw it scratching and keeps trying to fix it, after that without success and seeing the defect caused he decided to take something to protect.
I asked the owner how those risks would look because although the wheel is new it has a single detail and I have 11 months old they are intact, the man judged and blamed me saying that it was me who scratched, and it was not they who scratched me said three times it wasn't me. And said I came by referral I paid 205 reias for the service and they blamed me for having crossed the wheel. I asked for the refund for the alignment because the same after the bearing change refused to do and wanted to return the money to me!
Anyway if you cause a problem and you own a store or deal with customers you have to try to solve it and not make the situation worse the owner still blamed me claiming I had scratched the wheel, but the wheels are new it was clear that they crossed out! I do not recommend a place where they still blame us and then try to bribe us for not complaining about it!
