★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foram referência em atendimento e serviço na região, mas já faz um tempo que a qualidade caiu muito. Sou cliente há mais de 8 anos, aliás, era cliente, pois a partir de hoje não pretendo voltar mais.
Há cerca de 3 meses coloquei um pneu remold em um carro, serviço de mais de 300 reais (mão de obra, carcaça e remold), hoje pela manhã o pneu estava baixo e apresentando fissuras, fui até lá e me falaram que estas fissuras são normais em pneus remold, sou leigo e acreditei na palavra dos “profissionais”. Constataram que o vazamento era no bico. Imediatamente o rapaz já foi trocando o bico, imaginei que pela garantia, ao final do serviço me chamou para fazer a notinha, questionei sobre a garantia e ele disse que na troca há 3 meses o bico não havia sido trocado pois possivelmente deveria está em boas condições. Fui ao caixa pagar, me cobraram 15 reais pelo bico, serviço que no meu entendimento deveria ter sido feito na troca do pneu. A caixa me questionou se o rapaz não havia me passado o orçamento, disse que não e ficou por isso mesmo.
Enquanto estava no estabelecimento chegaram mais dois clientes que também fizeram serviço a pouco tempo e também estavam insatisfeitos pois estavam cobrando deles novamente pelos serviços já realizados.
Ou seja, parece que a prática está recorrente.

Immediately the boy was changing the nozzle, I imagined that under the warranty, at the end of the service he called me to make the note, I asked about the warranty and he said that in the replacement 3 months ago, the nozzle had not been changed as it possibly should be in good condition. conditions. I went to the cashier to pay, they charged me 15 reais for the nozzle, a service that, in my understanding, should have been done when changing the tire. The cashier asked me if the boy hadn't given me the budget, I said no and that was it.
While I was at the establishment, two more customers arrived, who also had a service shortly and were also dissatisfied because they were charging them again for the services already performed.
In other words, it seems that the practice is recurrent.
