★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, estive neste lugar no último sábado (19/09/20) no final da tarde para resolver um problema de "rasgo lateral" no pneu dianteiro de meu carro, um Honda FIT...esse moleque me atendeu até que educamente, disse-me que faria uma vulcanização "a frio" que não existe e que o preço seria de R$ 80,00...pechinchei um pouco e ficou por R$ 70,00...depois de 10 min. o serviço estava pronto.
Fiquei cismado com isso e verificando o pneu cheguei à conclusão que havia sido enganado, pois ele só aplicou um "manchão" por dentro deixando o rasgo aberto na banda de rodagem do pneu.
Além disso, é mentiroso, pois não fornece Nota Fiscal alguma e muito menos garantia do serviço.
Concluindo, fui a uma outra borracharia em São Caetano que refez o serviço (tbm 70 reais)...o pneu ficou 2h e 20min no processo de vulcanização à uma temperatura de 150°C para garantir a perfeita fusão da borracha.
Nota zero para o seu caráter e para seu profissionalismo...fica meu alerta a todos dessa região da Av. Martim Francisco em Santo André...vamos riscar do mapa pessoas como esse moleque irresponsável e ladrão.

I was brooding about it and checking the tire I came to the conclusion that I had been mistaken, as he only applied a "patch" on the inside leaving the tear open in the tire's tread.
In addition, he is a liar, as he does not provide any invoice and much less guarantee of the service.
In conclusion, I went to another tire repair shop in São Caetano that did the job (tbm 70 reais) ... the tire stayed 2 hours and 20 minutes in the vulcanization process at a temperature of 150 ° C to guarantee the perfect melting of the rubber.
Zero score for his character and for his professionalism ... I am alert to everyone in this region of Av. Martim Francisco in Santo André ... we are going to wipe people like this irresponsible kid and thief off the map.

Fui trocar uma válvula medidora de pressão de um dos pneus, que custou R$ 89,90 nova e original no Mercado Livre.
Acabei deixando R$ 160,00 neste local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonestidade total, fizeram um reparo com macarrão e cobraram como vulcanização e o outro reparo que disseram ser vulcanização na verdade é um reparo simples a frio. Executaram um balanceamento desnecessário sem avisar o cliente.
