가까워서 한번 이용해봤다가 너무 호되게 당해서 공유합니다. 굳이 불만글 남겨봐야 이득되는 것도 없어서 안 쓸까했지만 빠남비에 많은 한국인들이 살기 때문에 이런 가게에 당하지 마시라고 공유합니다. 1. 여기는 선입금부터 요구합니다. : 제일 비용이 많이 드는 엔진을 문제 삼아 1만헤알을 선입금할 것을 요구하고 추후 비용이 더 들 수도 있다고 이야기 합니다. 참고로 다른 카센터에서 엔진은 이상 없고 전기계통 문제로 확인되어 2천헤알에 이틀만에 수리를 완료했습니다. 특히 시동이 안 걸리는 상태의 차량에게는 견인 외에는 쉽게 이동할 수 없다는 점을 악용하여 받고 싶은 금액을 부르니 주의하십시오. 2. 터무니 없는 진단비를 요구합니다. : 모든 카센터에서는 문제를 진단하기 위해 차량을 점검합니다. 차를 정비하기 위해 시간과 공을 들였으니 당연히 지불해야하겠지요. 산투아마로 1급 정비소에서도 수리서비스를 받지 않으면 공임비는 467헤알을 요구합니다. 하지만 이곳은 단순히 진단비로 1,200헤알을 요구합니다. 심지어 엔진을 뜯지도 않았을 뿐더러 결과적으로 진단도 잘못됐는데 말이죠. 엔진오일이 한방울도 없었다는 말도 사실 의심됩니다. 고의적인 드레인이었을지 진짜 엔진오일 누유였을지 노후차량이다보니 내연기관 그 어디쯤에선가 먹었을지는 하늘만 알겠지요. 항의하니 진단비는 700헤알로 내려갔습니다. 애당초 공임비 산정에 대해 투명하지 않았던 것 입니다. 엔진룸, 배터리룸 뚜껑은 조립도 안 했고 나중에서야 항의 전화하니 고객을 조롱하며 돌려주더군요. 본인 말대로 기술력 있는 정비사가 차를 돌려줄 때, 엔진룸 배터리룸 뚜껑도 안 끼우고 돌려주면서 1200헤알을 요구하나요? 배터리뚜껑 나사는 하나는 결국 잃어버렸더군요. 3. 웃는 얼굴로 거짓말합니다. : 저더러 외국인이라 잘 모를테지만 선입금 1만헤알은 브라질식 방법이라며 다른 가게는 2~3만 헤알 요구할 것이라고 장담합니다. 믿을 수 있는 가게에서 수리하라며 자신의 가게를 자랑합니다. 아무래도 의심쩍어 나중에 본인 가게에서 수리하지 않을 것을 결정하자, 태도가 돌변하고 고객을 조롱하더군요.

Me venderam um pneu usado que já estava com problema, e quando voltei lá para reclamar sobre alegaram que não lembravam de ter vendido, não recomendo!

Vou chamar de amadores pra não chamar de mau caráter. 2 parafusos soltos depois de gastar pra trocar um pneu cortado no buraco da marginal é algo que você jamais imaginaria! 1 semana rodando e o carro começou a fazer barulho, quando constatei os parafusos soltos…queriam que eu voltasse pra trocar a suspensão? Jamais saberemos.
