★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um conserto no pneu do meu carro no dia 08/12 (feriado em Campinas) e liguei em diversas borracharias da região. A única pessoa que me atendeu foi o William. Muito educado e atencioso. Disse que se eu não tivesse pressa, poderia ir na loja dele no dia próximo, porém, exatamente no dia seguinte, não consegui sair com o carro já que o pneu estava totalmente murcho. Liguei para ele e, sabendo que morava próximo, se prontificou a vir até a minha casa, encher o pneu e me acompanhar até a borracharia. Super gente fina e cheio de boas histórias. Prometi para ele que iria na loja só pelo bom atendimento na ligação e cumpri. Recomendo demais! Parabéns
I needed a tire repair on my car on 12/08 (a holiday in Campinas) and called several tire repair shops in the region. The only person who attended me was William. Very polite and thoughtful. He said that if I wasn't in a hurry, I could go to his shop the next day, however, the very next day, I couldn't go out with the car as the tire was completely flat. I called him and, knowing he lived nearby, he offered to come to my house, inflate the tire and accompany me to the tire repair shop. Super fine people and full of good stories. I promised him I would go to the store just because of the good service on the call and I did it. I highly recommend it! Congratulations
