★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro entrou com um problema, e saiu com 3 (o que não foi resolvido no serviço, mais um barulho que tudo indica que são as buchas e o suporte que sustenta o capô quebrado). Infelizmente perdi a confiança e não retornarei mais.
My car came in with a problem, and left with 3 (which was not resolved in the service, plus a noise that everything indicates that it is the bushings and the support that supports the broken hood). Unfortunately I lost confidence and will not return.

I have always done my services on my cars at this store, but the price of labor they are charging is very expensive and the worst thing is that it is not directed to the professional who performs the maintenance. The parts are also expensive compared to other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e total decepção pois era cliente desde 2018. Trocaram peças dizendo que o defeito do carro era um quando na verdade era outro. Paguei 736,00 em um serviço desnecessário de troca de bielet dianteira e pivô de suspensão, quando na verdade meu serviço seria apenas a troca do amortecedor dianteiro direito. Após me cobrarem um valor absurdo e trocarem peças que não estavam danificadas apenas para ganhar dinheiro em cima de mais um cliente, ainda me cobraram 896,00 para fazer a troca de um amortecedor. Troquei o mesmo amortecedor em outro local com 2 anos de garantia por 412,00.
Peças com valores absurdos e total falta de honestidade e respeito com o cliente.
Bad experience and total disappointment as I was a customer since 2018. They exchanged parts saying that the car defect was one when in fact it was another. I paid 736.00 for an unnecessary service to change the front bilet and suspension pivot, when in fact my service would just be the replacement of the right front shock absorber. After charging me an absurd amount and exchanging parts that were not damaged just to make money on another customer, they still charged me 896.00 to exchange a shock absorber. I exchanged the same shock absorber elsewhere with a 2 year warranty for 412.00.
Pieces with absurd values and total lack of honesty and respect for the customer.
