Até o momento o preço que pagamos foi dentro do esperado para o tipo de problema resolvido. Eles tiveram que desmontar o motor e durante avaliação encontraram outras questões que poderiam vir a ser um problema mais tarde me deram opções sobre executar ou não uma tarefa.
Attendants very hard with their commitment to solve the problems of the car, I took my car there and they managed to solve a situation that I had already led to another with no results.
So far the price we paid was within the expected for the type of problem solved. They had to dismantle the engine and during evaluation they found other issues that could be a problem later on and gave me options on whether or not to perform a task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não percam tempo indo. Primeiro que não resevam horários, é por ordem de chegada, então você pode ir lá e não ser atendido devido a já estar lotado, e seu planejamento vai pro saco. Segundo que não dão o estimativa de quando podem fazer o serviço. Nem para oferecer para que o cliente espere na sala destinada a isso eu não fui convidado. É amadorismo puro. De lá fui na Big Pneus e fui prontamente atendido. Não recomendo o serviço, a menos que você goste de se estressar e perder seu tempo.
Don't waste time going. First, they don't reserve schedules, it's on a first-come, first-served basis, so you can go there and not be seen because it's already full, and your planning goes down the drain. Second, they don't give an estimate of when they can do the job. Not even to offer the customer to wait in the room intended for this, I was not invited. It's pure amateurism.
