★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra agendar alinhamento e o rapaz que atendeu me disse que era só levar o carro e aguardar minha vez. Chegando na oficina, a surpresa! O atendente perguntou se eu havia agendado! Informei a ele sobre o que me foi dito na ligação, mas ele disse que a informação estava errada. Perguntei a ele como é possível dois funcionários de uma loja minúscula passarem duas informações completamente opostas, e a resposta foi: "temos que alinhar isso". Uma loja totalmente despreparada pra atender e orientar o cliente. Me desloquei de minha casa, perdi meu tempo, e mesmo com esse preço de combustível eles realmente não se importam. Passa até a impressão de essa falta de respeito com o consumidor ser recorrente e intencional. Passem longe dessa oficina! Dei 1 estrela unicamente pq não tem opção de dar -1.000
I called to schedule an alignment and the guy who answered told me to just take the car and wait for my turn. Arriving at the workshop, the surprise! The attendant asked if I had booked! I informed him of what I was told on the call, but he said the information was wrong. I asked him how it is possible for two employees in a tiny store to pass two completely opposite pieces of information, and the answer was: "we have to align this". A store totally unprepared to serve and guide the customer. I moved out of my house, wasted my time, and even with that price of fuel they don't really care. It even gives the impression that this lack of respect for the consumer is recurrent and intentional. Get away from this workshop! I gave 1 star only because there is no option to give -1,000
