No ultimo problema, fizeram uma gambiarra para "arrumar" um problema relacionado a caixa de direção e coxims do veículo, por sorte, posteriormente levei em uma oficina especializada em alinhamento técnico que resolveu o problema na raiz.
Quando a oficina não tem o maquinário ou especialização de resolver um tipo especifico de problema, creio que precisam indicar qual tipo de serviço especializado o cliente precisa procurar, e não tentar fazer de qualque jeito só para ganhar em cima.
Never. I took it a few times, every time it was a fortune. In the last problem, they made a workaround to "fix" a problem related to the vehicle's steering box and cushions, luckily, later I took it in a workshop specialized in technical alignment that solved the problem at the root.
When the workshop does not have the machinery or expertise to solve a specific type of problem, I believe that they need to indicate what type of specialized service the customer needs to look for, and not try to do it in any way just to win on top.
