★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estranho por terem deletado a minha última avaliação contando o caso. NÃO RECOMENDO O LOCAL! Me arrependo. A pior experiência que já tive em oficina: seguraram o carro por quase 15 DIAS para uma revisão que me custou mais de R$ 4 mil para me entregarem o carro PELA METADE, com o câmbio dando tranco, todos os vazamentos apontados inicialmente (sem contar com a pancada na lataria e marca na roda) e barulho. Muita incompetência. Perdi a confiança e protocolei uma reclamação na Bosch, empresa que nem teve a sensibilidade de pedir desculpas por email pelo transtorno. Mesmo na garantia, nesse lugar eu não piso mais! Já estou alertando amigos e conhecidos da região. Infelizmente, terei que perder mais tempo e dinheiro consertando o que era para ter sido consertado nessa oficina, local onde faltou cuidado e competência. LIXO! NUNCA MAIS!
Strange to have deleted my last review telling the case. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE! I regret. The worst experience I ever had in the workshop: they held the car for almost 15 days for a review that cost me over R $ 4,000 to give me the car HALF, with the exchange rate giving all the leaks initially pointed out (not counting with the knock on the bodywork and marks on the wheel) and noise. Lots of incompetence. I lost confidence and filed a complaint with Bosch, a company that didn't even have the sensitivity to email the apology for the inconvenience. Even under warranty, in this place I do not walk anymore! I am already alerting friends and acquaintances of the region. Unfortunately, I will have to waste more time and money repairing what was to be fixed in this workshop, where care and competence were lacking. TRASH! NEVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma revisão básica de um veículo locado, o " mecanico" tirou fotos de outras partes, quais não tinham nada a ver com o propósito e enviou para a locadora. Segundo ele, era " procedimento" ...
Ele questionou sobre o óleo do carro, alegando que eu tinha " completado" sendo que nunca pratiquei tal procedimento. Entrei e saí com duas lâmpadas queimadas da revisão, sendo que avisei sobre as mesmas... " o carro tá liberado chefe!"
I went to do a basic overhaul of a rented vehicle, the "mechanic" took pictures of other parts, which had nothing to do with the purpose and sent it to the rental company. According to him, it was "procedure" ...
He questioned the car's oil, claiming that I had "completed it" and that I never practiced such a procedure. I went in and out with two burnt-out bulbs from the overhaul, and I told them about them ... "the car is cleared, boss!"

My experience was great!!! I arrived and was promptly attended. I didn't make an appointment. I had an emergency and I went straight. They solved everything Quickly and with great quality. The staff are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it!!! It just needs to have a more organized space for customers to wait. Otherwise I liked it a lot. efficient

A oficina não resolve os problemas do carro e não tem um serviço de garantia do serviço executado.
Não indico para ninguém!!!
