Expliquei por telefone que carro era, os sintomas, e até citei as prováveis causas porque conheço o carro. Ele marcou pro dia seguinte. Tive que perder o dia de trabalho pra levar o carro lá. Chegando, o irmão dele atendeu, disse que esses carros turbo "bomba" (foi exatamente essa a palavra q ele citou) eles não trabalham, sem olhar o carro falou que era problema no turbocompressor e falou pra eu procurar especialistas em carro preparado (o carro é turbo original). Conheço o local a anos, fui cliente há mais de década, mas nunca mais piso nesse lugar.
I spoke with Alexandre to schedule a combustion failure analysis on my Fluence GT turbo. I explained over the phone which car it was, the symptoms, and even mentioned the probable causes because I know the car. He booked for the next day. I had to miss the day at work to take the car there. Arriving, his brother answered, said that these turbo cars "bomb" (that was exactly the word he mentioned) they don't work, without looking the car said it was a problem with the turbocharger and told me to look for specialists in prepared cars (the car is original turbo). I've known the place for years, I've been a client for more than a decade, but I've never been there again.
