★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decomprometimento total, prometeram entregar o carro em um horário, não entregaram e não deram satisfação alguma, tivemos que ir ao local pra ter alguma explicação e o carro somente foi entregue uma hora e meia após o combinado.

No final, o valor do serviço ficou até um pouco maior(tive a sensação que era melhor eu ter ido logo na Renault). Pior que não deu certo. A correia patinava e fazia um barulho terrível em determinadas situações. Tive de voltar. Depois de um dia inteiro do carro na loja, alegaram que a correia que colocaram estava com problema e trocaram por uma nova. Resolveu o problema dessa vez. O atendimento é o que você espera de uma oficina mecânica. São atenciosos, mas são muitos carros, então prepare-se para esperar um pouquinho. E dificilmente vão te avisar quando o serviço estiver pronto, o que fará você ter de ir lá. O telefone de contato informado não funciona. Como resolveram o meu problema com honestidade, então pra mim tá tranquilo. Avaliação positiva.

Abre os carros todos de uma vez, força você a espera mas de 2 Dias e o pior quando cheguei em casa os parafusos do carro tava solto sem aperto eu torci e apertei com a mão quase caindo as peças na praça pós querem arrumar todos os carros de uma vez só além do mecânico ter quebrado a peça e eu quem tive que paga sendo que ele me deu o prejuízo.
Arrisca quem quiser eu fui aproveita vez e se Deus quiser mais nunca. Agora mesmo acabei de aperta os parafuso porque vou ter que viajar e tava tremendo fui olha só encostado com a mão sem aperto.
