★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei bastante confortável com um clima que cheguei a me identificar, lá você é tratado bem gentilmente e caso não tenha uma ideia de corte, os barbeiros tem ideias ótimas a recomendar, lá n tem nada que deixa a faltar e ao se cadastrar lá, vc ganha um cartão no qual após 10 visitas, a 11 fica por conta da casa. Acredito eu dentre as barbearias que visitei, este seja o melhor até o atual momento aqui em São Luís

Parece que a Barbearia desativou suas redes, então vai por aqui mesmo:
Tive uma experiência BEM RUIM hoje nesse estabelecimento, não pela equipe de barbeiros que são nota dez, mas pelas recepcionistas. Nossa! estão muito mal preparadas para atender o público. Pedi a senha do wifi e a recepcionista nem mesmo olhou na minha cara. Estava ocupada no celular dela.
A outra me ofereceu um café e uma água... Mas na verdade era só uma desculpa para sair do balcão.passei uma hora e meia no local e a água nunca foi servida, imagine o cafe.

I had a VERY BAD experience today at this establishment, not by the team of barbers who are top ten, but by the receptionists. Our! they are very poorly prepared to serve the public. I asked for the wifi password and the receptionist didn't even look me in the face. I was busy on her cell phone.
The other girl offered me coffee and water ... But in reality it was just an excuse to leave the counter. I spent an hour and a half at the place and the water was never served, imagine the cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão dia 06/05/2021, cheguei por volta das 17:30 e fiquei sentado no banco de espera aguardando um amigo cortar o cabelo. A recepção me viu chegar e me viu sentar, porém não me foi oferecido nenhuma água ou café, como é de costume do salão. Pensei que nesse dia específico não havia quem servisse e por conta do salão está cheio não comentei nada! No entanto, as 18:00 hrs chegou um cliente, aparentemente rico, logo a recepção se levantou e lhe atendeu super bem, oferencendo cappuccino e de forma desconfiada olhou para mim que estava sentado há cerca de 30 min ali esperando e me perguntou, com tom de indiferença, se eu queria alguma coisa. Isso me deixou bastante constrangido e até humilhado pela situação. O ambiente pode ser bom, os cabeleireiros excelentes, mas nenhuma qualidade será boa o suficiente quando se trata as pessoas com indiferença talvez por causa do tom de pele e/ou aparência.
I went to the salon on 06/05/2021, arrived around 5:30 pm and sat on the waiting bench waiting for a friend to cut my hair. The reception saw me arrive and saw me sit down, but I was not offered any water or coffee, as is usual in the lounge. I thought that on that specific day there was no one to serve and because of the hall is full I didn't comment on anything! However, at 18:00 hrs a client appeared, apparently wealthy, soon the reception got up and served him very well, offering cappuccino and suspiciously looked at me who had been sitting there for about 30 min there and asked me, with tone of indifference, if I wanted anything. This made me very embarrassed and even humiliated by the situation. The environment can be good, the hairdressers excellent, but no quality will be good enough when treating people with indifference perhaps because of the skin tone and / or appearance.
