★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e ainda maltrataram nosso pet, quando chegamos em casa percebemos que a orelha dele estava cortada.
Tentamos falar por telefone e mais uma vez fomos muito mal atendidos e a atendente desligou o telefone.
Nunca mais!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho utilizado os serviços durante 3 meses, todas as semanas para banho.
O banho é muito bom, meu cachorro sempre volta com os pelinhos brilhantes e bem cuidado, porém o atendimento de uma das recepcionista é péssimo, até o telefone atende com má vontade acho que se chama Marcela, quando chegamos no local, não trata com empatia e nem se quer demonstra vontade em atender o cliente!
Vejo apenas o Paulo atender bem e sempre com muita boa vontade!
Sobre atrasos ocorrem sempre e hoje passou de 2:30 para ficar pronto...com isso vou procurar outro pet shop!!
I have been using the services for 3 months, every week for bathing.
The bath is very good, my dog always comes back with shiny hairs and well taken care of, but the service from one of the receptionists is terrible, even the phone grudgingly I think it's called Marcela, when we arrive at the place, she doesn't treat with empathy and you don’t even want to serve the customer!
I see only Paulo serving well and always with a lot of good will!
Delays always occur and today it went from 2:30 to get ready ... with that I will look for another pet shop !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe muito atenciosa, simpática e extremamente cuidadosa com os animais. Levei meu cachorro em outro petshop e ele chorava muito, na Botanicão ele ficou muito tranquilo e mais branco e limpo que nos outros lugares que testei. Recomendo!
Very attentive staff, friendly and extremely careful with the animals. I took my dog to another petshop and he cried a lot, in Botanicão he was very calm and whiter and cleaner than in the other places I tested. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Freddie vai fazer 4 anos e desde que nasceu toma banho lá, atenciosos, cuidadosos, enviam whats App para falar de promoções ou lembrar da validade de remédios para carrapato. Especialmente o Paulo, funcionário dedicado. Estacionamento em frente e é anexado a uma loja do Savegnago onde tem lotérica é outras lojas. Super recomendo.
Freddie will be 4 years old and since he was born he bathes there, thoughtful, careful, send whats App to talk about promotions or remember the validity of remedies for ticks. Especially Paulo, a dedicated employee. Parking is in front and is attached to a store in the Savegnago where it has lottery's other stores. Super recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vale a pena a demora. Pegam mais cachorros do que dão conta para o horário, deixam eles estressados naquela gaiola esperando o banho por mais de duas horas, cachorro da minha namorada veio triste e nervoso, totalmente traumatizado.
Além disso estavam com um filhote de pug na vitrine (com dificuldades respiratórias já pela raça) em um dia muito quente, taquipneico, sem nem um pote de água fresca para ele, praticamente largado no espaço. Nunca mais. A cidade tem muitas opções, procurem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Eles ficam na gaiolas os cachorros sem água pois eu olhei e reforcei que não tinha água, a atendente disse se quiser eu peço pra colocar eu falei: sim pois vão ficar 2h30 lá! Muito caro cachorros em gaiolas!!! Isso é muito antigo. Deixar sempre em um cercadinho. Lugar sem vidro e exibição do banho! Estou com coração apertado de deixar os meus lá
