Todo o serviço foi péssimo, cheio de erros e prazos prolongados em virtude de tais erros. Vieram fazer o projeto e pediram que tudo estivesse aqui, cuba, torneira, cooktop, etc. Fizeram o projeto. 20 dias depois entraram em contato pois a cuba estava riscada (entreguei a cuba perfeita pra eles). Por sorte consegui trocar a cuba. Marcaram a instalação e desmarcaram 2 vezes me fazendo perder 2 dias de trabalho. Quando enfim vieram instalar, viram que o projetista errou e não considerou uma saliência que sempre existiu no projeto de meu apartamento e por isso foram embora. Voltaram na semana seguinte e finalizaram. Cheguei depois de algumas horas e vi 3 "machucados" na pedra novinha. Reclamei e vieram consertar hoje. Consertaram. Por fim recebi o pessoal da instalação do cooktop e informaram que a marmoria fez o buraco justo demais e o cooktop não entra. Meu Deus, o cooktop estava aqui quando o projetista veio, como conseguiram a proeza de deixar o furo justo demais? Ou seja, foram montes de problemas e prazos que vão sendo reajustados de uma instalação que deveria ter sido finalizada há mais de 1 semana. A pior parte é a dificuldade de atendimento, pois nunca consigo falar com o Orlando e cada vez sou atendida por 1 pessoa.
Péssimo serviço. Péssimo.

The whole service was terrible, full of errors and long deadlines due to such errors. They came to do the project and asked for everything to be here, vat, tap, cooktop, etc. They did the project. 20 days later they got in touch because the vat was scratched (I gave them the perfect vat). Luckily I was able to change the tub. They marked the installation and deselected 2 times making me lose 2 days of work. When they finally came to install, they saw that the designer made a mistake and did not consider a projection that always existed in the design of my apartment and that is why they left. They returned the following week and finished. I arrived after a few hours and saw 3 "bruises" on the new stone. I complained and they came to fix it today. They fixed it. Finally, I received the people from the installation of the cooktop and reported that the marble made the hole too tight and the cooktop will not enter. My God, the cooktop was here when the designer came, how did they manage to make the hole too tight? In other words, there were loads of problems and deadlines that are being readjusted for an installation that should have been completed more than 1 week ago. The worst part is the service difficulty, as I can never speak to Orlando and each time I am attended by 1 person.
Poor service. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive alguns problemas como atraso na entrega e medidas erradas, mas após esses contratempos, a instalação foi rápida e limpa.
Voltaria a fazer novos projetos com eles, pois em questão de custo-benefício, eles são os melhores da região.
I had some issues like delivery delay and wrong measurements, but after these setbacks, the installation was quick and clean.
I would do new projects with them again, because in terms of cost-effectiveness, they are the best in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro mediram errado,depois demoram mais 10 dias para medir novamente ,atrasando a entrega.Telefone eles não atendem ou não retornam a ligaçao .QUANDO ENTREGARAM A PEDRA DO BANHEIRO ESTAVA RACHADA ENTÃO FOI DEVOLVIDA TENHO DUAS TESTEMUNHAS QUE TRABALHAM COM ISSO A 30 ANOA E ME ORIENTARAM PARA NÃO RECEBER A PEDRA RACHADA ,DESONESTOS PORQUE SE EU NÃO ESTIVESSE EM CASA TERIAM ENTREGUE .APÓS MUITA DEMORA FOI ENTREGUE A PEDRA PORÉM EU SUSTEI O CHEQUE COM MEDO DE FICAR SEM A PEDRA.LOGO QUE FOI ENTREGUE LIGUEI E INFORMEI QUE EU TERIA QUE TROCAR O CHEQUE E PAGARIA EM DINHEIRO........ MAIS DE UM MÊS E ELES NÃO SABIAM ONDE ESTAVA O CHEQUE ATÉ QUE EU LIGUEI PARA A GERENTE DO MEU BANCO E LOCALIZEI .
PASSARAM O MEU CHEQUE PARA TERCEIROS !!!!!!!!ENTÃO INFORMEI A ELES O LOCAL E TIVE COMO RESPOSTA QUE EU QUE ME VIRASSE .OK .
O CHEQUE DE NOVEMBRO 2018 SÓ CONSEGUI RESGATAR EM 11/01/2019 EM GUARULHOS.

As fotos que eu postei são das pedras rachadas que me entregaram e na maior tranquilidade afirmaram que as pedras estavam boas ..... isso na minha terra se chama .....pi ....ca ....re ....ta ...gem
First they measured it wrong, then it takes another 10 days to measure again, delaying the delivery.Telephone they do not answer or do not return the call. WHEN THE BATHROOM WAS DELIVERED IS CRACKED THEN IT HAS BEEN RETURNED I HAVE TWO WITNESSES WHO WORK WITH THAT 30 ANOA AND ME ORIENTED NOT TO RECEIVE THE CRACKED STONE, DISAGREE BECAUSE IF I WAS NOT HOME I WOULD HAVE DELIVERED .THEN LONG WAS DELIVERED THE STONE BUT I SUSTAINED THE CHECK IN FEAR OF STORING THE STONE WHICH WAS DELIVERED I CALLED AND REPORTED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE CHECK AND PAY FOR MONEY ........ MORE THAN ONE MONTH AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE CHECK WAS UNTIL I CALLED UP TO THE MANAGER OF MY BANK AND LOCATED.
PASSED MY CHECK TO THIRD PARTIES !!!!!!!! THEN I REPORTED THE SITE AND I HAD AN ANSWER THAT I WOULD TURN TO .OK.
The NOVEMBER 2018 CHECKS ONLY able RESCUE ON 11/01/2019 IN GUARULHOS.
NEVER !!!!!!
The pictures I posted are from split stones that gave me peace of mind and said that the stones were good ..... this in my country is called ..... pi .... .... ca re. tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha pressa na instalação da pedra ainda no ano de 2021, e mesmo com toda correria de fim de ano, feriados, etc, me atenderam dentro do prazo prometido.
Quando fizeram a instalação, eu não pude acompanhar pq estava viajando, porém quando cheguei, tive a grata surpresa de ver um serviço bem feito e de qualidade.
I was in a hurry to install the stone even in 2021, and even with all the rush of the end of the year, holidays, etc., they attended to me within the promised deadline.
When they did the installation, I couldn't accompany because I was traveling, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see a well-done and quality service.

Fui recepcionada pela Sheila, uma pessoa prestativa, compreensiva e muito boa negociadora, mas fiz cotação com outras marmorarias. O critério de desempate foi a confiança com que a Sheila explicava os pontos positivos e negativos dos meus pedidos. Assim demos a chance para a Botânico e demos início a confecção das peças e com uma dor no coração por ter que esperar 20 dias úteis para entrega. Para a minha surpresa, a entrega ocorreu antes do previsto e 2 dias depois a instalação. Realmente fiquei surpresa com tamanha dedicação, comprometimento e qualidade dos profissionais desde o atendimento até a instalação. Fora que as pedras apresentam muita qualidade. Com toda a certeza indico e voltarei a fazer as bancadas do meu apto.
When I arrived at the store, I was extremely disappointed with the project that was given to me by the professional I hired. Wrong measurements and drawings for doing so. I was welcomed by Sheila, a helpful, understanding person and a very good negotiator, but I made a quotation with other marble shops. The tiebreaker was the confidence with which Sheila explained the positives and negatives of my requests. So we gave Botânico a chance and started making the pieces with a heartache for having to wait 20 working days for delivery. To my surprise, delivery took place ahead of schedule and 2 days after installation. I was really surprised with such dedication, commitment and quality of professionals from service to installation. Other than that the stones are very high quality. I definitely recommend and will do the benches in my apartment again.
