★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente. Sim, eu era cliente! Não sou mais e nem voltarei a ser! Boteco burger realmente é um dos melhores da região, isso não se pode negar. Mas, dia desses veio um arame na minha carne e isso feriu a minha gengiva e perfurou meu dente. Pois é! Na mesma hora, mandei foto pelo WhatsApp , eles visualizaram na mesma hora e simplesmente cagaram pra isso! Me ignoraram total. Fui no ifood e reclamei lá também, e mais uma vez, cagaram. Ou seja, comprometimento zero! Erros acontecem, e isso pode acontecer em qualquer local. Mas é inadmissível o cliente reclamar e vocês simplesmente ignorarem! Quando me perguntam sobre o local, eu não queimo, não irei fazer isso. Mas simplesmente abro olho da pessoa e digo o que aconteceu comigo. Falo a verdade.
I was a customer. Yes, I was a customer! I am not and will not be again! Boteco burger really is one of the best in the region, that cannot be denied. But, the other day, a wire came in my flesh and it hurt my gum and pierced my tooth. So it is! At the same time, I sent a photo via WhatsApp, they saw it at the same time and just didn't give a damn about it! They totally ignored me. I went to ifood and complained there too, and once again, they shit. In other words, zero commitment! Mistakes happen, and they can happen anywhere. But it is unacceptable for the customer to complain and you just ignore it! When they ask me about the place, I don't burn, I won't do that. But I just open the person's eye and say what happened to me. I speak the truth.
