Porém a administração fica devendo, pois não segura os barbeiros por um tempo adequado, quando você se acostuma a cortar cabelo e barba com um, o mesmo sai do estabelecimento "devem receber propostas melhores"...
Tirando essa alta rotatividade, é boa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! É como descrevo minha segunda experiência no Boteco da Barba. No final de outubro de 2016 fui ao Boteco pela primeira vez. O pré atendimento foi bom. O serviço de barbearia foi regular. Apesar desse inconveniente, retornei hoje, 28/01/17. Ambiente agradável, música, quase sempre, de qualidade. Diferentemente da primeira experiência, o pré atendimento foi muito ruim. Garçonetes e garçons bastante dispersos e desidiosos. Retirei-me após esperar 2 horas e 15 minutos sem atendimento, devido a ordem de chegada ter sido desconsiderada na barbearia. É realmente uma lástima haver tão considerável distância entre dizer que se presta um serviço de qualidade e, efetivamente, prestá-lo. Não basta uma excelente ideia se a aplicação pratica é ineficiente.
Disappointing! This is how I describe my second experience at Boteco da Barba. At the end of October 2016 I went to Boteco for the first time. The pre attendance was good. Barber service was regular. Despite this inconvenience, I returned today, 01/28/17. Nice atmosphere, almost always quality music. Unlike the first experience, the pre attendance was very bad. Pretty scattered waitresses and waiters. I retired after waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes without service due to the order of arrival being disregarded at the barber shop. It is a pity that there is such a considerable distance between saying that quality service is provided and actually providing it. An excellent idea is not enough if the practical application is inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair do salão de vocês e acredito que receber um feedback do cliente é sempre importante. Vou todo mês cortar meu cabelo aí, só que hoje aconteceu algo totalmente desagradável. Cheguei, o salão estava vazio, os dois barbeiros estavam jogando sinuca, tive que esperar o final da partida deles para ser atendido e não bastando, o rapaz que estava me atendendo parou o meu atendimento (sem pedir/ me avisar), e foi comemorar o Gol que o Brasil fez (OBS: ele foi pra área da sinuca e me deixou lá plantado na cadeira). Depois de comemorar o gol e dizer que foi um ‘’gol feio’’,ele voltou a me atender e entrou em assuntos totalmente paralelos com os outros barbeiros (que estavam sem atender ninguém, apenas atrapalhando o meu atendimento). Eu como cliente, vejo uma falta de postura e maturidade profissional. Ninguém atende cliente como eu fui atendido hoje. Esse meu feedback é um alerta para vocês reverem como o serviço de vocês está sendo feito. Afinal, não foi de graça, eu paguei QUARENTA REAIS por esse atendimento que ao meu ver, tem muito pra melhorar.
I just left your salon and I believe that receiving customer feedback is always important. I'm going to cut my hair out there every month, except today something totally unpleasant has happened. I arrived, the room was empty, the two barbers were playing pool, I had to wait for the end of their departure to be attended and not enough, the boy who was attending stopped my call (without asking me), and went to celebrate the Goal that Brazil made (OBS: he went to the pool area and left me there planted in the chair). After celebrating the goal and saying it was an '' ugly goal '', he came back to take care of me and went into completely parallel matters with the other barbers (who were not attending to anyone, just disrupting my service). I as a client, I see a lack of posture and professional maturity. No one answers the customer like I was served today. This feedback is an alert for you to review how your service is being done. After all, it was not for free, I paid FORTY REAIS for this service which, in my opinion, has much to improve.
