Na data de hoje, 7 de Setembro de 2021, fomos ao Buteco Maraponga para o rodízio de espetinho, chegamos no local por volta das 18:40hr, o garçom prontamente nos atendeu, concedendo uma mesa, e informamos que nosso pedido era do rodízio. O tempo passou, ninguém veio na nossa mesa com o tal rodízio e ficamos aguardando até as 19:35hr. Desistimos de ficar alí e saímos, foi quando veio uma garçonete nos indagando sobre nossa saída e que ia chamar o gerente, falamos que não íamos falar com o gerente e que seria nossa última vez naquele recinto. Tomara que depois deste depoimento, o Buteco Maraponga se organize melhor para atender seus clientes, pois se continuar daquela forma, muitos como eu e minha namorada desistiram de frequentar aquele lugar.
Location with poor service, making it clear that the waiter served us well, but the delay was what made us extremely upset. On today's date, September 7, 2021, we went to Buteco Maraponga for the rodízio skewer, arrived at the place around 18:40hr, the waiter promptly attended to us, granting us a table, and we informed that our order was for the rodízio. Time passed, no one came to our table with that rodízio and we were waiting until 19:35hr. We gave up staying there and left, that's when a waitress came asking us about our departure and that she was going to call the manager, we said that we weren't going to talk to the manager and that it would be our last time in that room. Hopefully after this testimony, Buteco Maraponga organizes itself better to serve its customers, because if it continues that way, many like me and my girlfriend have given up going to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento foi um pouco demorado, mas compreensível devido à lotação do lugar. as comidas eram muito boas. tudo o que pedi pra mesa estava muito bom, a única coisa que não foi tão boa foi a torre de batatas.
Service was a little slow, but understandable given the place's capacity. the meals were very good. Everything I ordered for the table was very good, the only thing that wasn't so good was the potato tower.
