Pontos negativos: as cervejas demoraram cerca de 15 minutos para virem e quando vieram estavam meio quentes :/
A comida demorou mais de uma hora para ser servida.
É um lugar muito legal para ir, tem um ambiente muito gostoso e a comida é ótima!! Sinto que os garçons precisam de um sisteminha para pegar os pedidos dos clientes e o pedido já ir direto para a cozinha, sem precisar que eles mesmos façam esses trajetos a todo instante.
Os garçons são muito simpáticos e prestativos, mas realmente a dinâmica da operação não os favorece.
É isso. Voltarei mais vezes e torço de coração para que a administração ajeite esses detalhes.
I've been and rated it with five stars, but this time I didn't have such a good experience.
Negative points: the beers took about 15 minutes to arrive and when they came they were kind of hot :/
The food took over an hour to be served.
It's a really cool place to go, it has a really nice atmosphere and the food is great!! I feel that waiters need a little system to take customer orders and the order goes straight to the kitchen, without needing them to make these journeys all the time.
The waiters are very friendly and helpful, but the dynamics of the operation don't really favor them.
That's it. I will come back more often and I sincerely hope that the administration fixes these details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é muito agradável, a música ao vivo estava ótima, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar bastante. Todos os itens demoraram a chegar, inclusive bebidas prontas (refrigerante), o contra-file em iscas que pedimos veio totalmente sem sal, e escutamos as mesmas reclamações da mesa ao lado sobre a demora.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, the live music was great, but the service needs to improve a lot. All items took a while to arrive, including ready-to-drink drinks (soda), the counter-file in baits we ordered came totally without salt, and we heard the same complaints from the next table about the delay.
