★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Fiquei implorando por atendimento a noite toda. Quando achei que tinha conseguido pedir, meu pedido nunca chegou. Fui embora sem consumir nada e ainda fui muito maltratada pelas atendentes. Uma delas até disse que eu estaria complicando ao pedir laranja no meu guaraná e outro não aceitou tirar meu pedido pq eu estava em outra zona. Muito mal organizado, Muito grosseiros, atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo!
 Bad experience! I was begging for care all night. When I thought I was able to order, my order never came. I left without consuming anything and was still badly treated by the attendants. One of them even said that I would be complicating by ordering orange in my guarana and another did not accept to take my order because I was in another zone. Very poorly organized, Very rude, lousy service. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido. Estava eu e minha esposa, os garçons ficaram enrolando nós pra arrumar uma mesa, mês. O tendo mesas disponíveis. ... quando duas pessoas estavam saindo, pedimos se elas estava saído e elas responderam: "claro, ninguém atende a gente ".
Mesmo assim sentamos nessa mesa e esperamos.. tentei chamar o garçon e quando finalmente veio falou que mesa estava reservada e pediu pra sair e não se prestou a arrumar outra. ... foi ridículo.
I was poorly attended. My wife and I were there, the waiters kept us rolling around to get a table, month. The having tables available. ... when two people were leaving, we asked if they were leaving and they replied: "of course, nobody answers us".
Even so we sat at that table and waited .. I tried to call the waiter and when he finally came he said that the table was reserved and asked to leave and was not willing to find another one. ... it was ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui conhecer esse estabelecimento, onde roubaram minha comanda, eu comprei uma batata e um refrigerante. Fui conversar com o gerente para informar o que tinha acontecido simplesmente ele queria que eu pagasse 300 reais de bebida que estava na minha comanda. Ao me recusar a pagar pelo o que eu não tinha consumido ele gritou com minha mulher e com a minha pessoa falando palavras de baixo calão, e se recusou deixar eu pagar o que eu tinha comido para ir embora do estabelecimento demorou quase 2 hrs para ele deixe eu pagar e ir embora, a todos que frequente ou vai frequentar cuidado!
Unfortunately I went to know this establishment, where they stole my command, I bought a potato and a soda. I went to talk to the manager to inform what had happened simply he wanted me to pay 300 reais of drink that was in my command. Refusing to pay for what I had not consumed, he shouted at my wife and person speaking profanity, and refused to let me pay what I had eaten to leave the establishment. It took him almost 2 hrs. let me pay and go away to everyone who attends or will be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento fraco...tivemos q montar nossa mesa pois "não tinha" garçom para ajudar, entregaram o cardápio e passamos 20mim tentando fazer um pedido, tivemos q ir atrás de um garçom e levá-lo até a mesa para tirar o pedido.
O samba q estava tocando parou do nada e justificaram q a a fiscalização passou e solicitou q parasse a música, estranho pois andamos pela rua logo em seguida e a grande maioria dos bares estavam com musica ao vivo rolando....
Tivemos q esperar pra pagar a conta pois o responsável não estava no seu posto.
Sem dúvida é aquele bar que não pretendo voltar
Poor service ... we had to set up our table because "had no" waiter to help, they handed over the menu and spent 20 minutes trying to place an order, we had to go after a waiter and take him to the table to take the order.
The samba that was playing stopped out of nowhere and justified that the supervision passed and requested that the music stop, weird because we walked down the street shortly thereafter and the vast majority of bars had live music going on ....
We had to wait to pay the bill because the responsible was not in his post.
No doubt it's that bar I don't want to go back to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida fraca, drinks mal feitos (muito fortes), a cerveja acabou NO MEIO DA NOITE, serviço inacreditavelmente ruim. Foram lançados itens em duplicidade, e até o balde de cerveja (mínimo em qualquer bar) veio somente após meia hora. Metade do cardápio NÃO É SERVIDO, e bizarramente nenhum garçom avisa o fato de que existem itens no cardápio que não são servidos. Comparado ao resto da Vila Madalena, o lugar é bonito, mas o nível de qualidade e de serviço são infinitamente inferiores ao resto dos bares da região. Não voltamos, de jeito nenhum.
Poor food, poorly made (very strong) drinks, beer ended in the middle of the night, unbelievably bad service. Duplicate items were thrown, and even the beer bucket (minimum in any bar) came only after half an hour. Half of the Menu IS NOT SERVED, and bizarrely no waiter warns that there are items on the menu that are not served. Compared to the rest of Vila Madalena, the place is beautiful, but the level of quality and service is infinitely lower than the rest of the area's bars. We don't come back at all.

Reservei mesas para comemorar meu aniversário, e assim que cheguei havia várias pessoas no espaço onde solicitei para que reservassem minha mesa e tive que ir para o outro lado do bar. Os garçons são atenciosos, porém como tinha muitas pessoas no local, demorou um pouco do normal para sermos atendidos. Acredito que se o bar lota da forma que estava no dia 20/07, é necessário ter mais garçons.
nice place, but not very organized. I reserved tables to celebrate my birthday, and as soon as I arrived there were several people in the space where I asked to have my table reserved and I had to go to the other side of the bar. The waiters are attentive, however as there were lots of people in the place, it took a while to be catered for. I believe that if the bar loo as it was on July 20, it is necessary to have more waiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci na comemoração do aniversário de uma colega e estava bem cheio. Tinha música ao vivo, mas a acústica não era muito boa. Os garçons, pouco atenciosos e, um deles, foi até meio grosso e irônico. Na hora do pagamento, bem desorganizado.
Enfim, espero que tenha sido apenas um dia ruim para a casa...
I met at a colleague's birthday celebration and it was pretty full. It had live music, but the acoustics weren't very good. The waiters were uncaring, and one of them was kind of thick and ironic. At the time of payment, well disorganized.
Anyway, I hope it was just a bad day for the house ...
