★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 30/09/2021 fiz um pedido pelo Ifood desse restaurante, as 21:30h, quando deu 22:30h colocaram que saiu para entrega. Então, fiquei aguardando. Deu 23:30 e nada, deu 00:20 e nada do meu pedido chegar. Então entrei em contato com o ifood e falei que não havia recebido meu pedido, o restaurante simplesmente cancelou o meu pedido.
Fui dormir indignada e com fome, nunca mais peço nesse lugar e não indico pra ninguém. Desaforo todo isso!
On 09/30/2021 I placed an order through Ifood at that restaurant, at 9:30 pm, when it was 10:30 pm, they said it was delivered. So, I was waiting. It was 23:30 and nothing, it was 00:20 and none of my order arrived. So I contacted ifood and said that I had not received my order, the restaurant simply canceled my order.
I went to bed angry and hungry, I never ask for it in this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone. I challenge all this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons preços mas a entrega é bem lenta. Se for comer no próprio estabelecimento, a comida fica pronta até que rápida, mas dependendo do horário o local pode ficar bem cheio.
Good prices but delivery is very slow. If you go to eat at the establishment itself, the food is ready until it's fast, but depending on the time the place can get pretty full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É simplesmente ridículo é o padrão vir tudo errado, e após pedir o dinheiro de volta ter que esperar o motoboy chegar ao estabelecimento para fazer a retirada do pedido para assim ter o dinheiro de volta, o tempo de espera já não é dos melhores agora mais essa... Não recomendo!
It's just ridiculous is the pattern comes all wrong, and after asking for the money back having to wait for the motoboy to arrive at the establishment to pick up the order to get the money back, the waiting time is no longer the best now more this one... I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comida. Pedimos pelo Ifood até que não demorou pra chegar. Pedimos arroz , feijão, bife acebolado e batata frita. Qdo abrimos a marmita o cheiro estava horrível, estava azeda e para reclamar tivemos que ir até o restaurante pq não atendiam o telefone . Não recomendo para ninguém
Bad food. We asked for Ifood until it didn't take long to arrive. We ordered rice, beans, steak with onions and fries. When we opened the lunch box the smell was horrible, it was sour and to complain we had to go to the restaurant because they didn't answer the phone. I don't recommend it to anyone

Um total descaso com o cliente. Além do atraso enorme pra entregar, não dão nem se quer um posicionamento.
Relevei pensando que poderia ser um dia atípico com movimento maior e que não estavam preparados mas olhando as avaliações percebi que é o padrão deles.
O estabelecimento consta no google e no whats como fechado, vc liga e nao atendem. Poderiam PELO MENOS dar uma satisfação pro cliente…
Primeira e última vez que peço nessa merd@ de estabelecimento
Quero só ver o estado que vai chegar a comida…

Total disregard for the customer. In addition to the huge delay to deliver, they don't even give a positioning.
I revealed it thinking that it could be an atypical day with greater movement and that they were not prepared but looking at the reviews I realized that it is their pattern.
The establishment is listed on google and whats as closed, you call and they don't answer. They could AT LEAST give a customer satisfaction...
First and last time I order from this shitty establishment
I just want to see the state the food will arrive in…

REAVALIEI aqui! me atenderam pelo whatsapp, levaram o refrigerante depois de quase 1 hora de espera, só acho que o dono deste estabelecimento precisa realiar este atendimento.
I made an order through ifood, a promotion of an Xtudo with coke and more fries, they didn't deliver the soda, I called the number they refused. After a lot of insistence calling on whatsapp they answered me...
REVIEW here! they answered me by whatsapp, they took the soda after almost 1 hour of waiting, I just think the owner of this establishment needs to perform this service.
