★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é Péssimo! Eu queria dar nota 0. Tanto no WhatsApp COMO NO TELEFONE, é um descaso total . Primeiro eu tive problema na entrega . O entregador MENTIU, falando que meu porteiro não quis receber o produto . Sendo que minha portaria é 24h e aceita todas as encomendas .
Agora eles mandam um orçamento , e escrevem : “encontrando valores melhores , não deixe de entrar em contato para uma negociação “.
Porém a vendedora mal educada , não se dispõe a negociar . E ISSO É A VENDEDORA , POIS JÁ COMPREI O MESMO PRODUTO, COM VALOR MAIS BAIXO , NESSA FARMÁCIA.
Eu liguei , e não tem ninguém responsável na loja .
The service is terrible! I would like to give it a 0. Both on WhatsApp AND ON THE PHONE, it's total neglect. First I had a delivery problem. The delivery person LIED, saying that my doorman did not want to receive the product. Since my concierge is 24h and accepts all orders.
Now they send a budget, and write: “finding better values, don't forget to get in touch for a negotiation”.
However, the rude seller is not willing to negotiate. AND THAT IS THE SELLER, BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THE SAME PRODUCT, WITH A LOWER VALUE, IN THAT PHARMACY.
I called , and there is no one responsible in the store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via whatsapp é péssimo, demoram pra responder e a gente acaba ficando sem a entrega do remédio.
Só saem pra fazer entrega uma vez no dia, bizarro isso.
The service via whatsapp is terrible, they take a long time to respond and we end up without the delivery of the medicine.
They only go out to deliver once a day, that's bizarre.

(O ponto fraco são as respostas via WhatsApp que são lentas e demoram 1 dia para cada pergunta que vc fizer) mas foram bem solícitos, entregaram rápidos, pagamento via link super ágil, gostei da forma que chegou embalado , a receita, explicada me passou confiança no processo…gostei mto vou fazer mais vezes.
I've been making manipulated formulas for many years, I've done it in dozens of pharmacy and I really liked this one.
(The weak point is the answers via WhatsApp which are slow and take 1 day for each question you ask) but they were very helpful, they delivered fast, payment via super agile link, I liked the way it arrived packaged, the recipe, explained, passed me by confidence in the process…I liked it a lot, I'll do it more often.
