★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles dispõem de um serviço de atendimento por whatsapp , mas não dão atenção para o cliente. Estou desde ontem perguntando mil vezes sobre o remédio, eles estão on line mas não respondem. sendo assim, pra que oferecer esse serviço então ?
Quando reclamei, eles me bloquearam no whatsapp !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei muito fraco o creme de rosto pedi pra fazer, nas outras farmácias de manipulação a pele escama , fica vermelha e o melasma desaparece, nessa farmácia não fez efeito nenhum. Até o melaleuca é mais fraco que o das outras farmácias. Minha amiga também fez remédio para menopausa e não sentiu diferença alguma.
I thought the face cream I asked for was very weak, in other manipulation pharmacies the skin scales, it turns red and the melasma disappears, in this pharmacy it had no effect. Even melaleuca is weaker than other pharmacies. My friend also took menopause medicine and felt no difference.

Na ocasião da manipulação dos meus medicamentos houve um pequeno contratempo, mas a Alessandra foi muito gentil e atenciosa e resolveu tudo da melhor forma. Acredito que problemas podem ocorrer, mas a forma como são resolvidos é que mostra a disponibilidade da empresa em atender bem o cliente e a Botica Verde tem essa visão: atender o cliente com respeito! My first shopping experience was in June this year. I was well attended, the prices are good and the products are quality. When handling my medications, there was a small setback, but Alessandra was very kind and helpful and solved everything in the best way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não achei um atendimento melhor ou parecido com a da Botica Verde pois, sempre que precisei não tive dúvidas é pra eles que eu ligo e, não me preocupo em comparação, mesmo porque dependendo do valor é no crédito sempre cabe no seu bolso. Obrigada por serem mais que profissionais e o sorriso sempre no rosto ( nos olhos) cuidadosos e atenciosos , nota dez!!!
I didn't find a better service or similar to that of Botica Verde because, whenever I needed it, I had no doubts, it's them I call and, I don't worry in comparison, even because depending on the amount it's on credit, it always fits in your pocket. Thank you for being more than professional and the smile always on your face (in your eyes) careful and attentive, note ten!!!
