Quando cheguei, demonstrei meu medo e, a Jacqueline teve paciência em me explicar que era tranquilo. Já no atendimento com a Luana, pedi que ficasse natural. Dito e feito! Amei o resultado e na hora do procedimento não houve dor! Nota 1000!

Fui super bem atendida desde à recepção até o fim do procedimento com a Dra. Beatriz, que explicou tudo cuidadosamente sobre os produtos e quantidades a serem utilizadas, me passando muito confiança e experiência. O resultado ficou excelente e muito natural, exatamente como pedi. Não tive dor pois ela usou anestésicos. Foi uma ótima experiência e super recomendo a clinica.
I arrived at the Metropolitan Clinic needing to reduce expression lines and dark circles and very afraid of needles. I was very well attended from the reception until the end of the procedure with Dr. Beatriz, who explained everything carefully about the products and quantities to be used, giving me a lot of confidence and experience. The result was excellent and very natural, exactly as I asked. I had no pain because she used anesthetics. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dois meses havia deixado uma avaliação positiva sobre o serviço adquirido na Botoclinic. Entretanto, me arrependi de ter avaliado a Botoclinic positivamente. O serviço que comprei - Botox, não teve a validade prometida pela empresa. Passados 15 dias da aplicação a área voltou a ter movimento, quando deveria estar paralisada. Ao fazer contato para comunicar o ocorrido e buscar uma solução, a empresa cometeu uma série de equívocos, desde a marcação da data de retorno (o que me levou a ir presencialmente duas vezes até a unidade e não ter um atendimento positivo) até o volume da voz na comunicação, adotado pela equipe de atendimento. Adicionalmente, penso que ao comunicar um problema não existe uma oportunidade de venda associada e sim a resolução da questão. A Botoclinic vem oferecendo uma série de tratamentos que não me interessam como forma de compensação pelo botox que não teve resultado porém não ofereceu uma forma adequada de resolução para o tema que levei até eles. Ainda estou aguardando o posicionamento final por parte da empresa, mas a confiança na marca já não existe mais. Comprei pela primeira vez, tive uma ótima experiência mas a falta de seriedade no segundo atendimento vai fazer com que eu não retorne nem à unidade do Shopping Metropolitano e nem a outras. Recomendo que visitem o Reclame Aqui e vejam relatos sobre retorno de Botox/segunda aplicação. Há uma série de relatos parecidos com o que houve no meu caso.
Two months ago, he had left a positive assessment of the service acquired at Botoclinic. However, I regretted having evaluated Botoclinic positively. The service I bought - Botox, did not have the validity promised by the company. After 15 days of application, the area started to have movement again, when it should have been paralyzed. I'm still waiting for the company's final positioning, but trust in the brand no longer exists. I bought it for the first time, I had a great experience, but the lack of seriousness in the second service will prevent me from returning to the Shopping Metropolitano unit or to others.
