★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tem uma péssima administração. Tirando a pista principal todas as outras ruas são horríveis de se andar ( esburacadas ou alagadas pela chuva)
Custo benefício do condomínio não compensa. Cada ano que passa mais moradores deixam de pagar o condominio decepcionados com a péssima administração. Coleta de lixo irregular, não há transporte de ônibus, não há seguranças. Casas de moradores tem sido roubadas.
Unfortunately it has bad management. Apart from the main lane all other streets are horrible to walk on (potholes or flooded by rain)
Condo cost benefit is not worth it. Every year that passes more residents stop paying the condominium disappointed with the bad administration. Irregular garbage collection, no bus transport, no security. Residents' homes have been robbed.
