★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Fui ao local e esperei bastante para ser atendido. Depois de mt tempo o garçom ao invés de atender a minha mesa, atendeu a outra em que estavam clientes que haviam chegado depois.
Very bad service. I went to the place and waited a long time to be attended. After a long time, the waiter, instead of answering my table, answered another one, which had customers who had arrived later.

My experience was not very positive. The server was super helpful, but I found the gourmand coffee to be super expensive and the traditional croissant was raw inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Esperei muito para ser atendido e limparem a mesa, que estava suja quando me sentei. Quando finalmente fui atendido, perguntei ao garçom quais opções de torta eles têm disponíveis (pois está "sob consulta" no cardápio). Ele me respondeu que não sabia e disse que eu deveria me levantar e olhar no balcão para saber (outra garçonete disse a mesma coisa). Então pedi apenas um café. Aguardei por 20 minutos e nada. Visivelmente esqueceram, pois nao estavam fazendo nada no balcão. Desisti e fui embora. Não voltarei com certeza.
Bad experience. I waited a long time to be served and to clean the table, which was dirty when I sat down. When I was finally served, I asked the waiter what pie options they have available (as it's "under consultation" on the menu). He replied that he didn't know and said I should get up and look at the counter to find out (another waitress said the same thing). So I just ordered a coffee. I waited for 20 minutes and nothing. They clearly forgot, as they weren't doing anything at the counter. I gave up and left. I won't be back for sure.

Não é pizza, é massa de pão é muito ousada pois é feita em forno elétrico a 10 metros do concorrente “ECCELLENZA”” que faz pizza muito boas e no forno a lenha. Atendimento nota 10, em especial a da garçonete Fabíola, muito atenciosa e educada.
Well organized, very fine and presentable sweets. My criticism goes to the slow fermenting pizza. It's not pizza, it's bread dough, it's very daring because it's made in an electric oven 10 meters from the competitor “ECCELLENZA”” which makes very good pizzas and in a wood-burning oven. Service grade 10, especially the waitress Fabíola, very attentive and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei tudo mto gostoso. A torta de avelã e o bolinho que acompanha o cappuccino estavam simplesmente divinos, só não dou 5 estrelas pelo atendimento ser muito demorado. Tinha somente um rapaz para dar conta de todos os atendimentos enquanto tinham 3 funcionárias no balcão que poderiam atender quando chamávamos, mas não faziam. Tirando isso é nota 10!
I found it all very delicious. The hazelnut pie and the cupcake that comes with the cappuccino were simply divine, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the service takes so long. There was only one guy to take care of all the calls while they had 3 employees at the counter who could answer when we called, but they didn't. Apart from that, it's a 10!
