★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem localizado se for levar em conta a chegada/saída de São Luís seja pelo aeroporto ou retornando de Barreirinhas.
O benefício é excelente porém vale ressaltar que o edifício e o hotel são antigos.
O quarto que eu fiquei era voltado ao jardim e estava silencioso e tranquilo. A cama era grande e confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava como deveria.
O banheiro era antigo com piso escuro e azulejos velhos, mas notei ao passar no corredor que outro quarto já havia passado por uma reforma com azulejos claros dando um ar mais clean.
A limpeza estava literalmente no ar pois ao entrar vc sente o cheio dos produtos de limpeza. Fica a sugestão de usar produtos com menor fragrância ao hotel. Não me incomodou mas pode incomodar outros hóspedes mais suscetíveis a cheiros fortes.
Como ressaltei no início o custo benefício compensa se vc do quer passar a noite no hotel.
O café da manhã estava ok. Há opções extras com custo adicional que vc pode pedir.
No geral recomendo o hotel.

The place is well located if you are going to take into account the arrival/departure from São Luís either through the airport or returning from Barreirinhas.
The benefit is excellent but it is worth mentioning that the building and the hotel are old.
The room I stayed in faced the garden and was quiet and peaceful. The bed was big and comfortable and the air conditioning worked as it should.
The bathroom was old with dark floors and old tiles, but I noticed as I passed in the hallway that another room had already undergone a renovation with light tiles giving it a cleaner look.
Cleaning was literally in the air because when you enter you feel the smell of cleaning products. It is suggested to use products with less fragrance to the hotel. It didn't bother me but it might bother other guests who are more susceptible to strong smells.
As I pointed out at the beginning, the cost benefit is worth it if you do want to spend the night at the hotel.
Breakfast was ok. There are extra options at an additional cost that you can ask for.
Overall I recommend the hotel.
