A primeira veio carne meia "passada" e desta vez comprei 3kg de picanha e recebi outro tipo de carne com textura e maciez completamente diferente do que se espera de uma picanha ao ponto de todos os convidados do meu churrasco reclamarem que a carne estava muito dura. Comprei outras peças de picanha no mercado para conseguir salvar meu churrasco e a diderenca de qualidade foi gritante ficando confirmado que a carne fornecido por essa boutique não era picanha. Lastimável.
Unfortunately this is the second time I buy meat with them and I don't have a happy experience. The first came half "done" meat and this time I bought 3kg of sirloin steak and received another type of meat with a texture and tenderness completely different from what you expect from a sirloin to the point that all the guests at my barbecue complain that the meat was too tough . I bought other pieces of rump steak in the market to save my barbecue and the quality of the steak was blatant, confirming that the meat provided by this boutique was not rump steak. Regrettable.
