★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a more upscale Bovinus than the others that I've visited, on par with better quality churascarias.
The buffet offered many fine options like tuna, sushi, carpacio, and salmon. It was so good in fact I had to remind myself why I went there in the first place - for the beef.
All the offered cuts of beef were tender, juicy, flavorful, and delicious. The wait staff were extremely attentive.
The suggested wine paring (see pic) was perfect, though a little pricey.
I can't wait to visit here again on my next visit to Sao Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't go wrong! Even if you don't eat the meat, all the other buffet items are delicious, but why would you skip the meat. I do like to get items that have already been served so my slice of meat is a little more rare. Find the outer pieces to be a little overcooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic churrascaria experience. A wide selection of meats to try. The appetizer and salad section was enormous as was the dessert area. Service was exceptional, always prompt and attentive. 10/10 recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the contrary to most churrascarias, the service does not slow down during your stay. It’s an endless stream of meat, and an excellent one. Everything is top notch, from the service and the buffet options. Most of the staff speak English and valet parking is complementary. An all around awesome experience.
