O local é agradável, o espaço atende as necessidades e condiz com a proposta de trabalho, tudo limpo e bem organizado. A differentiated workout, where you gain physical fitness and lose a lot of calories. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendido, desde o primeiro dia que pisei no BoX treinei no início do projeto e parei por um tempo em decorrência da pandemia.
Porém a atendimento deixou muito a desejar, não respondem mensagens pelo WhatsApp e da última vez que fui presencialmente buscar informações eu fui simplesmente ignorado pela professora. Sendo que o Box estava com portas abertas. Não deram informações nenhuma em relação à custo nem sobre o treino a resposta foi simplificado pra continuar mandando mensagem.
Estou extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento, no dia só faltou falar pra eu me retirar do BOX porque parecia que eu estava atrapalhando .
I was always very well attended, from the first day I stepped into the BoX I trained at the beginning of the project and stopped for a while due to the pandemic.
However, the service left a lot to be desired, they do not respond to messages on WhatsApp and the last time I went in person to seek information I was simply ignored by the teacher. Since the Box had open doors. They didn't give any information about the cost or training, the answer was simplified to keep sending a message.
I am extremely disappointed with the service, the only thing missing was to tell me to leave the BOX on the day because it seemed like I was getting in the way.
