★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente decepcionado com o estabelecimento apesar de possuir ótimos professores a parte administrativa deixa muito a desejar, foi feito um contrato de três meses a qual não deram uma cópia para o cliente com uma cláusula de renovação automática onde após os três meses não é feito um contato com o cliente para saber se tem o interesse em continuar na academia, desta forma configurando um contrato do tipo abusivo de acordo com o direito do consumidor, além disso estou tentando um contato com o estabelecimento ou com a proprietária do negócio para resolver a situação mas sempre aparecem desculpas para não resolverem o assunto.
I am extremely disappointed with the establishment, despite having great teachers, the administrative part leaves a lot to be desired, a three-month contract was made which did not give a copy to the client with an automatic renewal clause where after three months there is no one contact with the customer to find out if they are interested in continuing at the gym, thus configuring an abusive contract according to the consumer's right, in addition I am trying to contact the establishment or the business owner to resolve the situation but there are always excuses for not resolving the matter.

Também fiz um pacote de três meses e solicitei o cancelamento 15 dias antes do final, como combinado em contrato. Não recebi resposta, mandei novo e-mail e mensagem no Whatsapp. Hoje recebi uma nova cobrança automática deles.
The teachers are great but unfortunately the administrative part doesn't respond to the contacts I made. I also made a three month package and requested a cancellation 15 days before the end, as agreed in the contract. I didn't receive an answer, I sent a new email and message on Whatsapp. Today I received a new automatic charge from them.
