A pessoa que me atendeu pelo wpp ainda disse que se eles tivessem que voltar mais de uma vez no local seria cobrado uma taxa extra.
Um desrespeito com o cliente, em nenhum momento me ofereceram uma opção cabível só falavam no pagamento e que não se responsabilizava se o banheiro estivesse desnivelado mais não queria mandar alguém para ver o nível e se tinha condições de instalar o box. Eu até ofereci pagar a gasolina da pessoa para ir fazer essa verificação mais eles não aceitaram.
Company without commitment, I closed the order but they did not go to the bathroom to measure the level and wanted me to pay before it was done. The person who attended me through wpp also said that if they had to come back more than once at the place, an extra fee would be charged.
Disrespecting the customer, I was never offered a reasonable option, they only spoke about payment and that I was not responsible if the bathroom was uneven but I did not want to send someone to check the level and if I was able to install the box. I even offered to pay the person's gas to go check it out, but they didn't accept it.
