★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O treino funciona, o pessoal é acolhedor, o PREÇO é ótimo e tem boas opções de horário, mas senti falta de supervisão nos exercícios por ser nova na modalidade. Quem já pratica vai gostar, especialmente dos alunos: te fazem se sentir MUITO BEM! Eu não me adaptei.... Ah! Eles tinham um app bem legal, achei top! Facilitava o agendamento.
The training works, the staff is welcoming, the PRICE is great and there are good schedule options, but I felt a lack of supervision in the exercises because I was new to the sport. Those who already practice will like it, especially the students: they make you feel VERY GOOD! I didn't adapt.... Ah! They had a really cool app, I thought it was great! Made scheduling easier.
