★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o pedido, o pedido foi aceito, e enviado para a entrega. Após uma hora saído para a entrega o pedido ainda não havia chegado, e foi cancelado sem nenhuma satisfação. Ao tentar entrar em contato com o estabelecimento para uma explicação, precisei insistir várias vezes até que me atendessem. A justificativa do atendente foi que o motoboy veio até minha residência, tocou o interfone e não foi atendido, o que não é verídico, tenho como provar pelas câmeras do edifício que o motoboy não compareceu. Perguntei o que fariam a respeito, disseram não que poderiam fazer nada, e não pediram desculpas pela falha, somente desligaram a chamada.
I placed the order, the order was accepted, and sent for delivery. After an hour left for delivery the order had not yet arrived, and was canceled without any satisfaction. When trying to contact the establishment for an explanation, I had to insist several times until they answered me. The attendant's justification was that the motoboy came to my residence, touched the intercom and was not answered, which is not true, I can prove by the building's cameras that the motoboy did not attend. I asked what they would do about it, said no that they could do anything, and did not apologize for the failure, just hung up the call.
