★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi indicação no meu condomínio da Box Moóca e queria registrar que o box e a divisória da lavanderia ficou ótimo, entregou no prazo combinado e a instalação ficou 100%. A sugestão que deram pra fazer a divisória de 3fls foi excelente, se um dia precisar tirar a maquina de lavar não preciso mexer na porta, super recomendo. Já repliquei a indicação no nosso condomínio e para o meu amigo que estará fazendo também o box. Obrigado pelo atendimento e serviço
I received an indication at my Box Moóca condo and I wanted to register that the box and the laundry partition were great, delivered on time and the installation was 100%. The suggestion they gave to make the 3fls divider was excellent, if one day you need to remove the washing machine I don't need to touch the door, I highly recommend it. Desde o primeiro contato por Telefone fui super bem tratada,após isso o técnico foi ao local e me explicou exatamente como o serviço seria executado,fechei o pedido e eles retornaram dentro do prazo para realizar minha instalação,o box ficou da forma que eu queria,e todos foram muito educados e atenciosos,Ganharam uma cliente sem dúvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que já tive na minha vida! O vendedor veio até minha residência, informou como seria feito o serviço e eu concordei. No dia da instalação colocaram o box no lugar que não foi combinado, foram embora sem ao menos que vissemos o trabalho realizado e demoraram quase um mês para vir consertar. Além de tudo, por terem instalado no lugar errado, acabaram com a pintura do meu banheiro e por isso terei que pagar novamente um pedreiro para vir tapar os buracos feitos no lugar errado e um pintor pra retocar a pintura, correndo o risco de ter que pintar o banheiro inteiro novamente devido a diferença de tonalidade na cor da pintura. Uma droga, não recomendo jamais!!! Corram deste lugar!
The worst service I've ever had in my life! The seller came to my residence, informed me how the service would be done and I agreed. On the day of installation they put the box in the place that was not agreed, left without even seeing the work done and took almost a month to come and fix it. Besides, because they installed it in the wrong place, they finished with the painting in my bathroom and so I will have to pay again a bricklayer to come and plug the holes made in the wrong place and a painter to touch up the painting, at the risk of having to paint the entire bathroom again due to the difference in shade in the paint color. A drug, I never recommend !!! Run from this place!
