★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 3 meses adiantado, fiz um mês e fui obrigado a parar devido a pandemia (todas as academias fecharam), quando voltei para Campinas quis voltar a treinar lá, gostaria de pelo menos 1 mês de graça, já que tinha pago 3 e treinado apenas 1, tenho inclusive o extrato.
Quando solicitei um mês gratuito, falaram que não podiam fazer nada, envie o extrato do pagamento e nem sequer me responderam.
I paid 3 months in advance, I made a month and was forced to stop due to the pandemic (all gyms closed), when I returned to Campinas I wanted to train there again, I would like at least 1 month for free, since I had paid 3 and trained only 1, I even have the extract.
When I requested a free month, they said they couldn't do anything, send me the payment statement and they didn't even respond.
