★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram funilaria do meu porta-malas. A peça foi mal colocada e começou a travar no pára-choque, causando dificuldade para abrir. Quando expliquei o problema fugiram da responsabilidade alegando que meu para-choque tinha sido batido e afundado depois do serviço (o que não aconteceu) ou que os amortecedores que criaram o desvio e se recusaram a consertar.
They did a funnel shop in my trunk. The part was misplaced and started to lock on the bumper, causing difficulty to open. When I explained the problem, they fled responsibility claiming that my bumper had been hit and sunk after service (which it didn't) or that the shock absorbers that created the diversion and refused to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local parece ser muito bem equipado com uma estrutura ótima, mas infelizmente te julgam pelo que você dirige. Então se você for como eu que tem um carro antigo / mais velinho / humilde de fim de semana ou um de rodízio não perca seu tempo pois os serviços são escolhidos a dedo. Me senti muito mal ao ter um serviço de funilaria negado levando em consideração os trabalhos absurdamente mais complexos que eles atendem por la. Uma pena pois já acompanho o trabalho deles através do Instagram a um bom tempo e sempre tive o interesse de fazer meus carros no local.
The place seems to be very well equipped with an excellent structure, but unfortunately they judge you by what you drive. So if you are like me who have an old / older / humble weekend car or a car on the road, don't waste your time because the services are handpicked. I felt really bad about having a denied body shop service taking into account the absurdly more complex jobs they do around there. A pity because I have been following their work through Instagram for a long time and I have always been interested in making my cars on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei meu sentra 2012 para a BOX 343 no final do ano passado por confiar na indicação do Felipe Carvalho (Caçador de Carros) mas só tive decepção, fiz varios reparos de pintura nos 2 parachoque frontal e traseiro (pintura completa em ambos), detalhes tambem nos paralamas e mais alguns outros detalhes, o marcelo cumpriu o prazo de entrega, de inicio parecia ter ficando bom mas fui percebendo com os dias varios defeitos, varias marcas de mapas (acho que é assim que chamam) nos 2 parachoques, que é inadmissível em um serviço que é dito como top, porem apenas o preço é top, o polimento tambem foi meia boca, muitas marcas de riscos ainda ficaram, sendo que são marcas que deveriam sair com facilidade.
gastei 2000 reais e fiquei totalmente insatisfeito com o serviço, nunca mais faço serviço com esse pessoal.

I spent 2000 reais and was totally dissatisfied with the service, I never service these people again.

Quando voltei no outro dia ja sem minhas coisas no carro, um senhor gordinho me atendeu numa preguiça danada dizendo que nao iria ficar bom e que eu nao poderia cobra-lo depois do serviço.
Pois virei as costas e fui embora, pois a empresa sabe cobrar caro e não sabe propor qualidade e profissionalismo num reparo simples de parachoque (num carro novo).
I made a very expensive budget for a simple repair on the bumper, even so I would do it.
When I came back the other day without my things in the car, a chubby gentleman answered me in a very lazy way saying that it would not be good and that I could not charge him after the service.
Because I turned my back and left, because the company knows how to charge expensive and does not know how to offer quality and professionalism in a simple bumper repair (in a new car).

Borrachões e peças plásticas entregues intactas para o serviço foram devolvidas quebradas e com remendo de silicone.
Faltou habilidade. Perderam uma boa recomendação e um provável cliente futuro. Ouvi por quatro vezes "cobrei barato".
Não coloquei preço no serviço, do contrário, paguei à vista e sem questionar.
Auto body and Paint. I do not recommend.
Rubbers and plastic parts delivered intact for service were returned broken and with a silicone patch.
Skill was lacking. They lost a good recommendation and a potential future customer. I heard four times "I charged cheap".
I didn't put a price on the service, otherwise I paid in cash and without question.
