★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente todos são muito atenciosos, até vc efetuar o pagamento, depois não respondem mais, não dão satisfação, te jogam de um funcionário pra outro e não enviam o produto. Já estou há 5 meses esperando o meu equipamento de mais de 13 mil reais e nada.
In fact, everyone is very attentive, until you make the payment, then they don't respond anymore, they don't give you satisfaction, they throw you from one employee to another and don't send the product. I've been waiting for 5 months for my equipment of more than 13 thousand reais and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/08/21 fiz a compra de pacote de 50 anuscópios, pedido n 287. Até hoje não recebi o produto. Liguei pela primeira vez no dia 27/08 para o número (11) 94724-8392: me atenderam e orientaram a enviar whatsapp para o número (11) 94013-2219. No whatsapp são completamente sem profissionalismo, não conseguem responder o cliente corretamente; dizem sempre que vão verificar no estoque ou no sistema. No dia 03/09 pelo whatsapp disseram que ficaria pronto no fim da semana seguinte. Até agora não recebi nada e não me atualizam do envio espontaneamente. Hoje liguei para o número (11) 94013-2219 pedindo o reembolso e me informaram que iriam ao financeiro para isso e me ligariam depois. Obviamente não ligaram. Mandei mensagem novamente e não responderam.
Finalmente, após informar que entraria com processo judicial contra a empresa, fizeram meu reembolso. Talvez esse seja o único caminho para quem não recebe o produto nem o reembolso.
On 8/15/21 I made the purchase of a pack of 50 anoscopes, order n. 287. Until today I have not received the product. I called for the first time on 27/08 to the number (11) 94724-8392: they answered me and instructed me to send whatsapp to the number (11) 94013-2219. On whatsapp they are completely unprofessional, they cannot answer the customer correctly; they always say they're going to check the stock or the system. On September 3, through whatsapp they said it would be ready by the end of the following week. So far I haven't received anything and they don't update me spontaneously. Today I called the number (11) 94013-2219 asking for a refund and they informed me that they would go to finance for this and they would call me later. Obviously they didn't care. I texted again and they didn't respond.
Finally, after informing me that I would file a lawsuit against the company, they made my refund. Perhaps this is the only way for those who do not receive the product or the refund.

deadbeat company. I made a purchase in November 2021 and until today 8 months later I still haven't received it. They always have a lame excuse for the customer and they never solve it. Do not buy from this company.
